How to see in FS2024 that VRAM of my GPU is bottlenecking?

Featured Replies

I can see that my RTX3070 is now the weakest link. But how can I find out, whether it is the insufficient calculation power or insufficient VRAM, please?

Anybody, please?

I can see some stuff in the Dev mode fps counter, but don't know how to interpret the VRAM part.

Sorry no help here. My interpretation is easy. My experience is extremely fluid and smooth. No more interpretation needed for me. So how is your experience (vs „some stuff“ in the devmode)?

I use XBox game bar...   Windows key + g

Bert

activate  the developer mode in setting/general/advance options and after the dev bar shows go to the debug tab and in an list you gona find a line say  Display FPS click there and you gona see all performances meters and in one show you the vram you have and the vram that msfs is using . but if you have the 3070 probably you are short on vram  cause even on medium settings 8 vram is not enough probably by how terrible is optimize is  the sim on vram side.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much, sir!
