Curious as to whether it's likely to work okay under 2024 or if it might cause issues.

I have used it for a while (at least, it's in my community folder and activated), and not really had issues - it doesn't insta crash or something. No idea whether it's actually adding data to the world, but I have seen smokestacks with smoke, nuclear cooling towers, windmills, radio towers and so on. No idea whether these are coming from MSFS 2024 or We Love VFR.

2024 has all of those by default. So it could be either.

Yes, and having the WLVfr in the community folder doesnt' crash the sim. So it's harmless if it does nothing.

It may just duplicate/overwrite the objects which would impact performance.. that is not "nothing".. 🫢

You're basing this on trying it?

I have noticed no degradation either way. Anyway, not here to go down this rabbit hole, I just gave a single data point, just telling people MSFS 2024 does not crash if you have it in your commuity folder, that's all. I'll leave the rest of the investigation to the community here.

I ask that question to myself every time I buy new aircraft and new scenery.

But I guess because one ... Once Is Not Enough (1975) - IMDb 🙂

Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space.
Software: latest Windows 10 Pro, P3Dv4.5+, FSX Steam, and lots of addons (100+ mostly Orbx stuff).
