December 3, 20241 yr PSXT runs fine and stable with MSFS 2024. The problems are in the popular AI packages, AIG, FSLTL and FSTraffic. At the moment FSLTL and FSTraffic models/liveries look pretty good, some lights issues. But the AIG models/liveries float while on the ground, no landing gears to be seen ... However, I expect these problems will be solved soon. https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/654977-support-for-msfs-2024-available-in-version-90/ Edited December 3, 20241 yr by kiek
December 16, 20241 yr would PSXT traffic show in a map for MSFS24, like maybe navigraph? LNM isnt working just yet for 24, and that was great for live traffic mapping in game

(It means that the FSLTL models liveries have been found by PSXT, but they are not correctly installed in MSFS. MSFS does not know the livery titles that PSXT asks it to spawn...)

December 28, 20241 yr Im not able to get AIG AI planes to show up in the sim only the FSLTL files. I have placed the AIG AI Simobjects into the C:\Users\brand\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\fsltl-traffic-base\SimObjects\Airplanes folder

February 3, 20251 yr have the latest PSXT 10.4.4 running for MSFS 2020 (with the traffic licence) and just wondering the easiest way to get it running with MSFS 2024 (note would like it running on both sims) - when I have PSXT open with MSFS 2024 it is recognising MSFS 2024 and asking me just to edit the install path box to get it running - is it that simple when I switch sim I just need to edit the path or will I need two seperate installs of the app?

I don’t know the official answer to this, but I’ve created two “parameters.xml” files, one for 2020 and one for 2024 and then use the one you need before you start the simulator. This has been working good for me.

(would that be the route for the community folder or the install path for the actual sim) 2)In terms of the aircraft models which one are you using and assune you just copy the folder across from 2020 to 2024 or can you use a single folder? 3)Assume all of the above means you don't need to manually change the "install path" entry in the app?

Once you have set the install path for MSFS 2024 it will remember that with a separate install path parameter in parameters .xml, like this: <parameter name="MSFS_2024_INSTALL_PATH" value="C:\Users\nwkaa\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages" /> Hence you do not need two parameters.xml files. You can switch freely beween MSFS versions by checking/unchecking a checkbox in front of the install path.

Check the AIG forum for instruction how to create one out of MSFS 2020. The AITech-Manager for AIG has two different MSFS modes. For other aircrfat packages I don't know, although I believe for FSLTL you also need a separate folder. (because AI aircraft are different). @3 Only once, see my previous post.
