April 22, 20251 yr You've got to also consider that the only astronauts that 'fly' these ships are American. Nasa is the only space agency that trusts their crews with a degree of control over their space craft. Vostok and Soyuz craft are remotely controlled. It was Soviet design philosophy. Yuri Gagarin was the first man in space. Alan Shepherd was the first man to control a space flight.
