I bought MSFS 2024 just for the LIDO charts (for now)

Maybe the NavData-only yearly subscription will help for these cases, @jcomm. You could downgrade your subscription level. I'm not sure if you paid a whole year or just a month.

It's monthly recurrent, which I can cancel at any time Luis. I am going to ckeck that option you mentioned! Thx!

Well, but there's yet another problem if I try to use "planner.flightsimulator.com", and that is the choice of aircraft parameters / aircraft profiles, which I can easily get for SimBrief, but even the default aircraft in FS 2024 when I plan a flight in the MSFS Planner don't have performance data associated 😕 Or maybe I'm missing something?

If only LIDO coverage was bigger than just big airports where their customers are operating... And I'm not talking of VFR ! 😉

This is why I stay with Navigraph.

It makes sense. As a real private pilot, I stick to with my current subscription to Foreflight for US and Skydemon for France. But it's not comparable to Navigraph as the worldwide coverage and Jeppesen format is really a key differentiator for sim's usage.

Check my free MSFS sceneries : https://flightsim.to/profile/vbazillio/trending and my hardware configuration.

As others have pointed out, LIDO coverage is air-carrier focused.  If that works for you, then it may be a good deal.

As a GA pilot who prefers Jepp anyway, Navigraph is the only way to go for my use.  But it's about more than just the charts.  Navigraph, for me, is a complete end-to-end solution incorporating a top-notch flight planner in Simbrief, a full-featured chart ap, integrated with Simbrief that I run on a separate tablet which includes things like weather overlays and geo-referencing (and much, much more), and, of course, nav support for my TDS GTNxi's.

It's great that '24 has upped its chart/flightplan game in a way that meets many folks needs, but it isn't for everyone.  There's still a (very big) place for Navigraph for many of us.

Gave it a new try last night, but the fact that aircraft performance data is void makes it rather useless to me 😞

I use the EFB to IMPORT a SimBrief-built flightplan and SEND it to ATC, and that's the only interaction I have with that EFB... Even for Weight & Ballance I started using the GotFriends W&B taskbar widget...
