July 29, 2025Jul 29 It appears that the previous Fenix B2 3rd party liveries don't work in the BFU update. I downloaded the new ones for A319/320/321 via the new BFU installer but they aren't showing either. Is anyone else having these problems. YBCG
July 29, 2025Jul 29 The new ones do work. You have to check the specific variant they are associated with (Wingfence or Sharklet, IAE or CFM). 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen
July 29, 2025Jul 29 The information can be found in the livery installer. It’s under the name of the livery. 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen

I tried the new livery installer, just cant get any of the Jetstar A321 all variants to show in the MSFS 2024 config/livery/variant menu and only some of the A320 show. YBCG
July 29, 2025Jul 29 I’ve still found that the way the liveries are displayed in 2024 for fenix to be a bit odd. I thought a good way to do it would be to have each model with the fenix default showing up on the main aircraft menu and then within that you could select the livery for that model. But that doesn’t appear to be happening for me with this update. I have a couple of Fenix standard liveries on the main menu, but then also a few liveries. You have to go into those and then click on config and then by trial and error find the livery you are looking for! Not sure if it’s like that for everyone. I got the pop up and deleted the old liveries, so these are all the 2024 new versions. Is this just me or does everyone have this? Oh I’m still on SU2, not the SU3 Beta, in case that makes a difference! Anthony Milner
July 30, 2025Jul 30 @antic81 ..same here (SU2) ... agreed to the popup before installing new liveries via Fenix Livery Manager ... they take a bit of finding but they're all there if you poke around ... did you find that you have to set up all of your controllers for each variant and each livery? (takes forever (spinning wheel) what a PITA ... hopefully, fixed in SU3) Edited July 30, 2025Jul 30 by slicker55 i9-12900K 3.20GHz | Z690 Hero | 64Gb DDR5 5200MHz | RTX3090 O24G | 2TB Firecuda 530 M.2 | RM1000x | H170i ELITE | Corsair 7000D | Samsung Neo G9 | TrackIR | ButtKicker | HC Bravo | TM TCA Boeing Yoke & TCA Sidestick | TM TPR Pedals | Logitech Multi/Radio Panels | WinWing FCU1/EFIS/MCDU/PAP3MAG/PFP3N/PFP7 | Win 10 | MSFS 2024 | (rev. 08/2025)

Indeed a major pain in the behind. It would be nice if the UI was changed in a way that one first select a controller setting and then either apply it to just one specific aircraft or pick them from a drop down list with checkboxes.
July 30, 2025Jul 30 Discussing same over on Discord ... appears this may be dependent on how you have set up your profiles... some use a generic profile as 'default' or for 'all aircraft' but I have created profiles specific to individual aircraft, for example PMDG, Aerosoft CRJ, Fenix Family. So, as per OP, looks like reassigning profiles for every variant and livery ... think I will set up one livery for each variant and wait for SU3 before doing the others. i9-12900K 3.20GHz | Z690 Hero | 64Gb DDR5 5200MHz | RTX3090 O24G | 2TB Firecuda 530 M.2 | RM1000x | H170i ELITE | Corsair 7000D | Samsung Neo G9 | TrackIR | ButtKicker | HC Bravo | TM TCA Boeing Yoke & TCA Sidestick | TM TPR Pedals | Logitech Multi/Radio Panels | WinWing FCU1/EFIS/MCDU/PAP3MAG/PFP3N/PFP7 | Win 10 | MSFS 2024 | (rev. 08/2025)

Yeah I found the same - I’ve also done one and thought the exact same thing! I’ll wait until SU3 to release! The spinny wheel is so annoying! I’ve also noticed some minor sound issues. Didn’t get the RA call-outs on my flight last night. Also do you find that if you click on some switches you can hear them and other times you can’t? Seems a little intermittent. Anthony Milner
July 30, 2025Jul 30 With the sound problems ive had to toggle between internal and external to turn off and get other sounds to turn on... but this is on almost every aircraft in the sim so its probably a sim issue...

On Dave’s Updates on their discord he has a fix for the sounds. I’m just testing it out now, I think it’s mainly for the RA call-outs. I can’t remember, did we used to get V speed call outs before? Not getting them now but not sure if I ever did! Anthony Milner
