Looks like it would be fun to take a ride in or even pilot it once trained.  I question how it would do in rough seas or even a heavy chop?

As far as military applications, I don't ever see it.  Zero stealth capability  and if you put armor on it would probably sink, definitely loose it's hydrofoil capability.  I know they said it flies about sonar an and below radar, but you would see it coming from probably over 5 miles away.

Here's my choice for a military ship that does >44knots/50mph.  It's got a couple of weapons too😉

My exact thought. Maybe just as the tech reached to the point to make a flying Wing practical in the B-2 and now B-21, maybe the Ekranoplan concept may get a new lease on life.
