August 30, 2025Aug 30 i purchased this from Innibuilds and have not been able to get this to work, show up in the sim, appear......Have exchanged emails to support with no success. I have no way to know if the problem is on their end or mine except to say i have purchased directly from them other products that work fine. I want PHNL and am contemplating purchasing it again this time through MSFS marketplace. I'm interested in other simmers comments on their experience with this product. August 30, 2025Aug 30 If you're referring to the 2020 PHNL version, then I had it installed since it came out and having 0 issues with the scenery. Have you tried deleting the default scenery from the library? Do you see it Ini PHNL in your community folder? August 30, 2025Aug 30 I, too, purchased this one sometime ago for 2020...I do recall that I had to disable the default PHNL to get it to work (as suggested by Bigmack above).
August 30, 2025Aug 30 I can’t remember having issues with this scenery, myself. I would work with it more before buying it again, if I were in your shoes. I’m on a trip now, will check in it when I get back.

However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
August 30, 2025Aug 30 You can also rename your current community folder to .bak and make a new community folder with just the PHNL scenery in it. Then see if it loads correctly. If so then something in your original community folder is the problem.
