Did you send an email stating for which product(s) you made the donation. If paid by PayPal or similar mention the transaction number or reference.

Fernando, normally responds within 24-hours and very reliable.

 

He normally sends the product download links within 1 to 3 days in my experience.  There was one time where he thought he sent it to me, but I emailed him again and it turned out that he made a mistake and the email was in his drafts so he sent it to me right away after that.

@dbw1 If it's been 10 days, you should email him again, and also try emailing him at both of his email addresses.  He uses these two: [email protected] and [email protected]

My guess is some mistake happened, so email him again, and as Hauser said, make sure that you attach your Paypal or other payment method receipt to prove your purchase.

When buying FC Scenery, if he hasn't gotten back to you after 3 days, them you should always reach out to him again.

If that late be worth checking you have emailed to both of his email addresses too, think both are on the homepage. Also if you are a Facebooker ping him via IM there. In my experience 3-days has been the longest it's taken to get the downloads. Heads up too, don't think he'll mind sharing this as he did cover it in his FB page but he was in hospital for a few days recently so may still be on the mend from that.

I sent off two comms to him the other day and received my purchases today. He is quite ill and still needs to make some more sales to pay for his medical treatment. 
Version 2 from him imho are very good.  I’ve bought a few V2 that I have in V1 and they are that much nicer. The prices currently are very good.
