Aviation Weather Centre - Format Changed - Problem

Featured Replies

After finding my Aivlasoft EFB app had stopped giving the weather for DEP ARR airports etc.,

I found out that some other Weather incorporated apps in the sim community were also not functioning correctly.

I saw a post from a dev from one of those apps who had found that the  - AWC Weather server - had changed the format of their broadcasts and/or deleted some of their ouput info.

Now this dev said that he would have his app fixed to accept the new format.

Problem is, I dont know if anyone can fix Aivlasoft to accept the changes...

If anyone has the knowledge, capability to fix this that would be great ......    it may only be an IP address change or something simple required

Thanks

Maybe this the cause i can´t see metars neither Performance calculation due to lack of metar data on Fenix EFB?.

I´m suffer this issue since two days ago....

I’m pretty sure this was also the cause of the Live Weather outage in MSFS that happened a couple of days ago.

It is fixed in the sim. At least in SU4 weather and metars are working again.

Simply switch the EFB to sim weather, problem solved.
