Ifly 737 problems

Featured Replies

Anybody else has this problem? The plane starts rocking left and right really weird during flight on autopilot.

It seems really weird behaviour only with Ifly 737, when I disengage autopilot it stops.

Just happens randomly during a flight rest of flight perfect.

Nope.  Were you using time acceleration perhaps?  That'll do it, but not at 1x.

No time acceleration, just 1 x

Any aftermarket weather or turbulence effect add ons?  I don't have any experience with those but I've heard a few reports they can mess with the iFly.  Only time I've ever seen anything like that myself is if I push time accel too hard, which is kind of expected.  Otherwise though, the iFly autoflight is rock solid and very smooth.

I see in the video that you were on an ILS approach...it captured the LOC and trying to turn on to the centerline, and you're coming in from the left from about a 20 degree angle. That should be a fine intercept angle, but it seems that its snapping back in forth, which is behavior I've never seen before.

The wind was 065/04 so that's not a factor.

Does it happen with any approach?  Only when on an ILS approach?  Or during other phases of flight?

It appears you have some sort of hardware panel that you're using with the sim - have you tried disconnecting all that stuff to see if it makes a difference?

Thanks for the reply’s, no I use standard weather.

Have quite some hardware but it does not happen with any other plane.

I will ask here. During take off roll , if I lean the yoke forward the airplane crashes... Is it a bug?

Another issue, I cannot turn the autothrottle on while on the ground. It automatically turns off. Only when airborn I can turn that thing on. What's wrong with that?

Whether your hardware has a negative effect on other planes really isn't the issue, is it? Have you tried flying the iFly 737 with the hardware disconnected?
