I think I know what you mean. Initially, I thought there is a double image of the whole thing…

Basically, in the real thing, there are 2 disks at the top of the Space Needle.
 

There is a lower disk (with a corrugation appearance), above it the (glass) Observation deck, and then above, the other disk, slightly larger than the lower disk. Above the larger disk, there is one more (glass) Observation deck, and finally the sloped roof begins.

However, in your shot, it does appear that the twin-disk structure is repeated one more time.

So, it looks like a Big Mac…as you said…

I've had a chance to look at this now and yep, Asobo's Space Needle is definitely bleeding into the DD one. I've tried reordering the DD package to the top and bottom of the pile but it still bleeds over.

It is supposed to be 2024 product, so I'll raise a ticket with Orbx (where I bought it), but if anyone knows of a way to contact DD directly, that would probably be more effective.

For now I've disabled the DD one, which is a shame as the models and night lighting are definitely better. TBH, I don't know if any of the other models are affected, but just knowing the Space Needle one is borked triggers my OCD😅

The answer, I think, is MSFS 2024 SU4, which it seems has disabled numerous excludes, stopping
replacement scenery objects from excluding Asobo/Microsoft default scenery objects.

Another example is Orbx London Landmarks, where among other things, HMS Belfast, which was
working perfectly, now has the two cabin cruisers that Asobo put there inside it.

I am sure that this change will have affected all Landmarks products right across the board and it is
yet another thing that developers and users will just have to put up with.

Also noticed that with SS3D the San Francisco bay bridges are doubled and not entirely connected on the east side.

Update:

Seeing dual bay bridges in San Francisco in 2024 with SS3D Vol 2.  And the east side bridge does not connect. Moving the SS3DVol 2 top the lowest point in the scenery list partially resolves the issue. What I mean by partially is that is SF is deactivated even the default Bay bridge does not show up to Treasure Island. The rest of the bridge appears fine. If I then activate San Francisco the Bay (SS3D bridge) bridge appears correctly but the remaining bridge is missing a section on both sides of bridge on the eastside of Yerba Buena Island. This was confirmed even after cleaning the caches.

To add:

Moving the Drzewiecki Seattle Landmarks to the bottom of scenery list (then close and restart sim) resolved the dual Space Needle issue.

DD / Justflight have just released a new 2024 version of Seattle Landmarks.. I'll test it and check the Space Needle 🙂

Update: No, this has not been fixed.. actually, it is worse.  Posted on their support forum.

The update was not new. They just did not update the files on their end. 1.5 has been out since 7-28-2025 (SimMarket)

Regarding San Francisco Modern City in MSFS 2024, after SU4, please note the following:
If you experience duplicate bridges, please move the SFO scenery layer to the very bottom of your scenery priority list.
If Photogrammetry is turned OFF, you may notice a small disconnection at the bridge entrance.
For the best visual result, we strongly recommend keeping Photogrammetry turned ON.
