January 8Jan 8 The 80's was such a fun time, so many sci-fi films, so many were totally forgettable. January 8Jan 8 I remember watching this. A fairly good "popcorn" movie. I still remember bits and pieces. I checked it out on IMDB. There was a quote that was different from what I remember. Shad (Richard Thomas) at Gelt's (Robert Vaugh, loved his character) funeral: "Prepare a hot meal and bury it with him. That was our arrangement: a hot meal and a place to rest." From IMDB: [Gelt dies] Shad: Have somebody prepare a meal. Full course, then bury it with him. That was our arrangement: A meal and a place to hide. I think my version is better. 🙂 Hook PS. Does the pilot seat in the Valkyrie character's ship remind you of anything? Maybe an OB/GYN couch? I thought it was inappropriate at the time. At the time I thought "Space Cowboy" was a stupid name. Now, I realize that someone from Arizona, far from home, might call himself "Arizona Cowboy". George Peppard was a good character, though. H. Edited January 8Jan 8 by LHookins Larry Hookins Oh!
