Try uninstalling Navigraph (for the A321) and maybe delete the data folders in your Windows user profile (if they're left behind)

Do you use GSX?

Your CTD seems to be EFB related, so try to eliminate anything that is linked to it...

Data folder? I'm not sure where exactly you mean

  • I flew it yesterday and had no problems. Everyone's system is different though. I'd send a report to FS Labs.

I fly it regularly with most of the WinWingsims hardware and I have not had any issues, either with the NEO or CEO A321.  FSL had an update a few days ago......

Uninstall Navigraph for the A321, then:

Delete contents of this folder:
     %appdata%\FSLabs_NavData\NavData

Locate the 'fsl-common' folder - where you installed the A321
Delete *.rom from:
     fsl-common\FSLabs\NavData

Try the A321 before re-installling Navigraph

I presume you've tried a different livery, uninstalling and reinstalling via Control Center, etc.

Alright, I can finally load the plane, but I can't get the EFB to turn on.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling A321 from Control Centre.

Same issue persists unfortunately. It's very odd how all of a sudden, the CTD is gone now. Hopefully that's progress? LOL

Alright. I can use the EFB on the desktop. But not the one in the plane.

EFB is working now

Turns out I had to install the Visual C++ redistributable

Oh yea, this plane is a hit-or-miss usually. Of 5 flights like 2 the aircraft freezes the Sim during the boarding (via GSX). But it's a great plane, it has its quirks, yes. Definetely I wont refund or anything, it's just a bit more painful to use (or get to work). Usually this "first place" belongs to A350 (inibuilds), but they did a remarkable work on it, same as SU5 helped a lot (not a SINGLE crash since then). But FSL A21N is now much worse, I'd say. We'll see if any update helps.

I would leave this plane alone for now 🙂

why?
