April 2Apr 2 That means you tried to access your library from the aircraft selection menu. This only works from the main menu, just like the message says. Only Asobo knows why they programmed it this way. I find it odd. Edited April 2Apr 2 by Farlis

It is best practice to change this to a custom folder of one's own choosing to make accessing it easier, like I described in one of my previous posts. But this should only be done BEFORE installing any 3rd Party software. Because if you change it now, the sim will not see what you have already installed. But should you ever think of doing a full re-install of the sim and your add ons, this would be the first step after installing the sim. All that being said: Did the reinstallation of the 737 yield positive results? Edited April 2Apr 2 by Farlis

Since the default path to the community folder is already excessviley long it might be that the paths to the liveries simply end up being too long. There is one more thing you can try before a full reinstall of the sim: Uninstall the PMDG aircraft again and then install it again, only this time use the settings menu in the PMDG Operations Center first and click: "Install into Custom Location" instead of "Install directly into Community" and make sure you have the "Create Symbolic Link to Community Path" set to "on" as well. If this also doesn't help then you are only left with the nuclear option and reinstall the entire sim. After you have done that go back to that cogwheel in "My Library" and change the folder path to a folder of your own choosing. Something that is easy to access and find with a nice catchy name like "MS24" or "Mike's Add Ons" 😉 Do that BEFORE installing anything else into the sim. Then before installing the PMDG stuff just double check that the OC is pointed correctly to that new folder location, wherever you choose it to be. Edited April 2Apr 2 by Farlis

I will remove PMDG house colors for the ones I want, won't change any, but better than their house colors! I'll give that a shot. I have the original 738 liveries backed up now that I replaced PMDG house paint schemes. April 3Apr 3 And the fact that it didn't even work with the manually installed livery we tried yesterday strongly indicates that something is not as it should be with the install in general. It's not the Operations Center that does strange things, it is something within the sim's installation. Still can't think of what it could be.
