It is impossible to embed an image to avsim forum. What am I doing wrong

Here's how I did it...I went to imgur, right clicked on the picture or image, use the copy image link (provided in the right mouse click), then simply past the link in your avsim post. For reason, the grab a link does not work in avsim.

If Imagur provides a BBCode, then copy and paste that in.

In Imgur, right click on the image, then choose Copy image link...this works everytime for me...I am using DuckDuckGo instead of Edge though. I don't think that will make a difference, but I thought you should know.

When you paste the link, use the plain text choice.

Yep! That's been a big problem for a while for anyone on that side of the big pond!

Imgur is completely blocked in the UK. The platform proactively geoblocked all UK IP addresses on September 30, 2025, rather than comply with data protection investigations and regulatory demands regarding children's safety.
