I've got both and switch between them, but the leaps that have been made by SI over the past six months are amazing. I find the ATC far more realistic than BATC which is great, but the other features that SI are adding are also really good and being further developed. Given SI is subscription based, I expect this to be the case. If you don't want a subscription model then BATC is still pretty good.
