No flashlight in MSFS2020 and MSFS2024 using ALT + F.

Did you verify if Flashlight is working on your setup?

My Controls shows the default Flashlight for:

MSFS2020 is ALT + L

MSFS2024 is ALT + F

Do you have Chaseplane installed? If I am remembering correctly, it does something to change the default flashlight and you need to map the key in Chaseplane itself.

As a result of your original question, I had msfs2024 running so had a quick search of the controls section and found it to be ALT + L. As far as I am aware, I have never changed it or had any need to change it from the default.

Yeah. I think, while Chaseplane is running the default flashlight is disabled to avoid conflicts.

You have a different MSFS2024 than mine.

Did the flashlight work on your setup?

That fixed the problem.

Thanks for the answer.

Much appreciated.

Edit:

Only fixed it in MSFS2020 so far.
