JD, I ran into the same problem as others. It's now comming up unregistered after the upgrade to 4.2. Just posting here to make sure you get the registration email. I sent it through the RC4 program.Thanks, Dan K

Have done just a very short flight, jd, but considering RC develop. team to make things happen, I'm sure that it will be better.Sorry to not be able to feedback, but I think it'd be cool to put in this forum that RC in the main root and FS9 in a 2nd HDD works just fine.Eduardo

JDI followed the update instruction to ensure I had 4.1 and then updated to 4.2 and the install and update did not complete . It stopped. Should I remove everything, start again and put in a new key. I also have a messed up advdsplay now.. I am running the most recent fsuipcthanksPeter [email protected]

what didn't complete?4.2 isn't an install program. you place the rcv4.exe in the zip file into the rcv4 directoryjd

hey that probably explain that,,jd what should the version code be if i am running the correct update..any advice on the advdisplayit was messed up after,,,By the way should I download the airac from navadata for rc3xthere does not appear to be a 4x listed thanks Peter

rc will say 4.2 on the splash screen, main screen, on the about screen, and in the file properties in explorerdelete advdisp, and let fsuipc do the display for you. as long as you have fsuipc 3.70no need to download the airac data, i don't use it. my data comes from your .pln'sjd

since i don't read the airac data, doesn't really matter whether it is there or not. you might need it for you flight plannerjd
