  1. Same! The JF Fokker 70/100 was first announced in January 2023, I guess a few more months are fine. Does smell like the homestretch though!

  3. Agree, no prolems with the MSI MAG-X870, great price/value!
  4. The dream! I built mine in the Australian "winter", so it's been a nice little heater so far. Not looking forward to summer (which incidentally seems like has already started now). Evening breezes and if necessary a little AC will have to do.
  5. Great PC, good value for money. The 7800X3D is very capable still and the 5070Ti is simply a last generation card sitting in that sweet spot of price/performance. You could consider the 9070XT as well though, it's a beast in MSFS2024. 32Gb is good too, as is the MB. 1TB SSD is a bit light on, especially when you use many add-ons, but easy enough to chuck another SSD in down the track. So yeah, can't really fault it for $1600!
  6. I went from a G2 to a PCL and have been enjoying the change. Comfort-wise the G2 was a bit nicer, but it's not too bad. I'm running a 9800X3D and 9070XT and it's doing quite well. Foveated rendering and Auto_FPS helps maintaining good framerates. The biggest improvement is the clarity of the image, it's another level. Well worth the asking price in my opinion.
  7. >Hi George, I don't think so. You've got two single GPUs and>not 2 double GPUs (4 in total). BTW, have any of you seen the>double 7800 GPU in a shop yet? Wonder what they go for? :-) Jaap is right. That card retails here in the Netherlands for around
  8. Great shots D! :-hahI'm missing the obligatory A340-600 though ;)Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig_vbird.jpg
  9. Sounds like you had three great days over there! Thanks for sharing :)Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig_vbird.jpg
  10. Could that T7 look even better? Awesome bro! :DCheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig_vbird.jpg
  11. >..., great FDE...hmm, I read on their forum that the FDE was actually quite 'jumpy and nervous' and 'the plane is way to sensitive on control inputs, the pitch sensitivity is the same as your F16!'. These kind of comments makes me hesitate to buy this product.Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig_vbird.jpg
  12. >I haven't looked at the Lago rendition yet, but if it's>anything like this one from "the original project guy..." I'll>give it a wide berth as well.well, here's a gallery of screenshots of the new LAGO maddog 80: http://www.sardfly.it/maddog/I must say, it does look very complete. Let's see what the first impressions of the early buyers are :) Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig_vbird.jpg
  13. sounds good! I have two questions though:First, do you think it's usefull when flying airliners? And second, I saw you have quite a system, as opposed to mine ;), would slower framerates be a big problem in respect to the immersion factor?Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig.jpg

    >Are there any screenies of this new version around anywhere?>>I can't seem to find any.I haven't seem them either. But I did see the new model at the flightsim days in Lelystad last october. It's an awesome model, no VC, but it does have a very nice maintenance mode and a lot more goodies which version 1 didn't have. The panel is also updated, it now includes the APU and some other systems. I'm really looking forward to this one! :)Cheers!Michiel http://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/HollandJumpin.gifhttp://members.home.nl/mjagersma/pics/sig.jpg
