I've set my cockpit configuration settings to full version. If I set my external model option to full version also will it affect my performance when I'm in the V. Cockpit? Thanks,CaptMac

I noticed that sometimes when I open the baggage compartment it's full of baggage and other time not. What triggers how this works??Thanks,CaptMac

Love this aircraft. Finally rain effects on the VC panel windows. Thanks for the work. This aircraft is now my number one favorite. CaptMac

No doubt this is a really great and fun addition for fsx. However if you ever have a problem there is practically zero support. I had to re-install and the original unlock code now shows a message of invalid. After several postings and emails I still can't get anyone to respond. I've noticed that there are many other folks having the same problems. So if you buy it just don't have to any issues and you will be good to go.CaptMac

Hi I'm running vista ultima 64 and love it. The performance is much better for me. I'm also running a 2.6quad core, 4gigs of high end ram, and a geforce 8800gtx. The good news is that Vista 64 recognizes all my ram where the 32bit OS did not.I'm running xpac and radar contact in the background and still getting between 25fps to 35fps with scenery sliders an average of 75 percent, except water and traffic on 55%. My plane of choice is the flight1 McDonald Douglas, Super MD80.I'm also running the newest Nhancer in the background. It took some tweaking to get maximum frame rates with the best and clearest on the ground scenery. I do have mega scenery for So Calif, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Dallas. For some reason I get even better frame rates in those areas.Hope this helps.Capt.Mac

Can you tell me where to get the patch file?Capt.Mac

oops, looks like I figured it out. My weight and fuel load calcs were off causing the aircraft to not pick up the glide slop. Thanks Capt.Mac
-
Hi,I'm flying the plane. I have been capturing the glide slop ok for the first few days but all the sudden I'm flying right through the vertical glide slop and I'm having to fly in manually. The only thing I've added is RC so thought you might have a solution. If not it must be something else.Capt.Mac

Since using radar contact my autopilot is having problems capturing the glideslop on ILS approaches. The horizontal needle tracks perfectly so I'm not sure whats going on. Any suggestions? Capt.Mac

Hi,One of the best add-on aircraft I have ever purchased. It has great graphics, detailed voice check lists, and really sound navigation systems. It has the type of challenges that makes it hard to go back to any of the default aircraft. By it.Capt.Mac

I'm having the same problem on two monitors. When I go back to a single monitor everything works ok. Capt.Mac -

I love it!! It looks great and performs really well for me. The detail seems to be much more aligned with real life. Capt.Mac -
Eaglesoft Guys,Got a reply yesterday and have the solution in hand. I also was directed toward a solution in the manual that I read though but missed in my original try at finding the answer myself. So give me a D grade for reading. Thanks guys for staying with me on this. It's a great aircraft and I love flying it. I'm also getting really good frame rates.Capt.Mac

I registered at Eaglesoft and posted there. Maybe I'm missing something? If there is a different link I'd be happy to follow it. Thanks,Capt.Mac

I have tried it both ways. What is the appropriate way??Capt.Mac

Well I have tried the support forum with no response. I have also sent an email with no response. Also the forum is not very user friendly and won't allow me to search topics. Capt.Mac

Bill,I love the aircraft but I am having some problems in getting the autopilot to work for an ILS approach. I have set the appropriate freq and set the autopilot to APR but it does not want to capture the vertical or horizontal glide slop Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?thanks,Capt.Mac

Does FSX benefit much from more than 2GB?
Capt Mac replied to pastorpilot's topic in MS FSX | FSX-SE Forum
If you go to vista 64bit it will recognized all your ram and is a much faster operating system. I have 4gigs of high end ram and I'm getting high fps with the sliders moved pretty much to the left. I keep AI traffic lower because I don't want to do a lot of go arounds.Make sure you use the vista patch before any 3rd party add-ons or you will get a memory error.Capt.Mac
