  2. I see your using a AMD athlon X2 +4200, and since FSX is a processor intensive game instead of a graphicscard intensive game I recommened to upgrade to the black-edition (+6400).I don't know about your RAM-size but a minimum of 3GB is what I would recommened.
  3. It's correct behavior. Most airlines choose to have Baro as there standard to be displayed on the PFD and have an optional DH available for precision approaches.

  12. For the PMDG folks,Will you guys also create the possibility for isolating the center gear. So that we can extend the main gear without the center gear being deployed.And thanks to Mike I know that a MD11 has the possibility to do that.VERY NICE MANUALS!! :-)
  13. Hey,Decided to upload something to this forums section for once.It's a Varig MD-11 at Maastricht airport, The Netherlands, about 10 Kilometers from home. She comes a couple of times per year with allot of horses onboard and this whas no exception.The picture is taken with a Sony Ericsson K800I "Sellphone". It has a 3.2 Mega Pixels camera on it and that's the reason why the picture is not so sharp.PS. Now that I think about it, your'e right.If I'm correct, the Standby power powers most of the captains screens and FMC and things like ILS and radio receivers...correct?And in BAT mode you have around 30min of electrics left.But it is true that the standby power powers the standby instruments "lights". So partly I was right. :(But to operate the Standby instr. you require the Main Battery bus if I'm correct.
  15. If you mean the Standby HSI, then that's because the standby power is off.
  16. Is the same for all 3 engines. Hydraulics are required to activate the REV. Maybe your'e confused with the LE flaps, they require Pneumatic bleed air. ;)
  17. Last time I checked, the rev is powered by each individual Hydraulic system.

  22. In that case, it's realy sad. And an remarkable, early, stop of the 744 production. I expected that boeing would atleast add another 5 years to the production of the 744.
