IT WORKED!! :Applause: So I assume that anyone who intend to run both PFPX and Topcat together, it's mandatory to not change the installation directory. I'll try to reinstall again, now using the default/recommended folders. Besides that, I don't know what else I can do.

Unfortunately, I didn't have luck with that. I first uninstalled both Topcat and PFPX and restarted the computer. Created a new Windows user without admin rights. First I installed Topcat. Here are the steps: It was necessary the admin password for the installation as I was not running it as admin. Here the folder I choose (I always install simulator softwares outside c:). Everything went ok. Here after create a new aircraft profile. Now it's PFPX turn. I was surprised by a message saying I will need admin rights. Here how the installation will be (again outside c:). Now, I was asked two times to enter the admin password. No problem at this point. Now registering... And finally, when creating the aircraft profile, the bug still remains the same:

I'm frustrated as you Nante. I bought the bundle so I can use both softwares integrated as advertised, but it simply does not work. They should give more attention to customers and correct this bugs.

Just for your information, this is the message I received from the official Aerosoft support: "we´ve now been able to reproduce the issue - will be solved with next release." I don't know how, but it seems they could reproduce the issue. The problem is, when a next release will be available? It can take months… I'll try do what you said and I give you the feedback. Any solution for me would be good.

I don't think so. I just installed both and it suppose to work. Yes, both have the same registration as you can see: I appreciate all attention you are giving to this issue. Hi Steve, Both are running as admin, but wasn't when I realized the bug, so I started trying to change permissions. To be clear, PFPX still freezes if I run it as admin or not, always worrying to set Topcat the same permissions. I don't have any problem to export the flight plan. It looks like it's something else. Any other clue?

Jim, I'm running PFPX as admin and UAC is disabled. It´s installed under a different drive (d:\) than Windows.

Hi, I have the Bundle PFPX + Topcat, but I'm having a problem. PFPX freezes all the time I try to set the Aircraft Performance File to integrate with Topcat. I made a video to show what's happening: https://youtu.be/6oDkdJldo54 Anyone had the same problem? Any idea how to solve it?

I don't know if you are flying the EXCELENT freeware One-Eleven from David Maltby (http://www.dmflightsim.co.uk/).I followed the tutorial (available in David's website), but there's one think that seems not to work as explained. In the beginning of the checklist, just after the "battery on", we have to put the APU Generator Control in the Tripped position:http://www.dmflightsim.co.uk/html/FLYING%2...GEN_CONTROL.jpgBut when I try to do this, the switch just came back to the "normal" position and the "GEN FAIL" lights never extinguishes. I'm doing anything wrong? Is that normal?Another indicative that something's wrong is, if I ignore and continue with the checklist, after I start the APU, the needles of the voltage, cycles and amps don't move, showing low voltage, different of the tutorial image, that shows the needles moved more than half way with the Gen Fail lights off.Just another question, that may be related with the first problem I had. I realy would like to have Gmax for FSX too, it's an excellent tool and more than enough features for FS. And best of all, FREE!Bachian

Does anyone have any idea about what kind of development tool we'll have in FSX since Gmax is discontinued? Maybe a MS proprietary tool? Or it'll be a 3D Max plugin? This is so important for us who develop addons.Bachian

I discovered that the only way to stop this is to disable de AA of the nVidia and let the FS AA on. But it doesn't make sense to have a 6800 ultra that you can't use AA.The other thing is that I'm having video problem with Rainbow Six 3 game, if I let the AA on, the intro videos and all other videos doesn't appear, I just hear the audio. If I turn AA off, all became normal.Bachian

My problem is that I have a Dell XPS Gen 2 notebook, with a nVidia Go 6800 ultra, but I only can download the driver from Dell website. The newest version of Dell's 6800 driver is 78.51, It seems they don't care too much about update the driver.I've been calling Dell's support, but they said that they don't know about this problem and that I have to pay for a new software support for that. :-(

Hi!I think I'm having a similar problem with my Gforce Go 6800 Ultra. Everytime a system tooltip appears, the screen became strange, with an overlay or something like that. I only can use Flight Simulator with an old driver version (72.01) that came with my computer, because I have just the tooltip problem with it.With the newest driver (78.51), the problem is worst. As I use to fly online at Ivao network, I use the communication software called Ivap. Everytime I open the Ivap screen, or any other undocked window, like the GPS, the image freeze until I close it.I tried to turn AA off and the problem disappeared with 72.01 driver, but the image is horrible and don't make sense to have a 6800 ultra that you can't use AA.Thanks for any help, let's keep trying to find a solution.Bachian
