  1. >This may seem minor but to me it can ruin the experience. how>is the VC night lighting? is there gauge backlighting. And>also can you turn on and off a dome light during the day or>night? I hope the lighting isnt linked to landing lights. That>would kill it for me, because I fly in the VC only. But>otherwise that looks interesting, I will check her out this>weekend and fly around Russia which I dont do enough of!I haven't got it, but there's some VC lighting shots here about halfway down: http://www.suprunovdesign.ru/forums/viewto...er=asc&start=15
  2. I looked on the website but can't see where I'd be able to buy it. Does anyone know how much it is and where to get it?
  3. Hi Chris,I just downloaded AEU7 last night, so this is a timely opportunity to say thank you for your work on it!Cheers.
  4. I have the tornado from Iris Simulations, the Eurofighter from Alphasim, and the Hunter that's freeware here on avsim. They're all great!
  5. Thanks Mike, I'll give that a go.
  6. I'm trying to populate RAF Coltishall with some Jaguars, using the AP Designs Jag. I created a TNG flightplan that worked fine with a B200, but the Jaguar never throttles back, ending up screaming along at 480 KIAS with the gear down until it blows up. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks
  7. Hi Rob,I think it may have been a case of RTFM. I hadn't put the gauge in an rcb-gauges folder, but had just dropped it in the main gauge folder. I feel suitably chastened for not reading the very clear instructions!
  8. Rob,I think I've installed your gauge, but I'm struggling a little. If I install it in the VCockpit section will it only work when I'm in the VC rather than the 2D?Thanks,Mark
  9. >I have some questions about this addon plane. >3) Has it a steeper learning curve compared to other complex>addon planes?I don't think it's a massively steep learning curve, but it does reward reading the manual, and perhaps reading the FAQ forum over at flight1.I really like it BTW.
  10. If you install the CIVA INS you can navigate using intersections too, although the INS doesn't save its status if you exit FS, so you have to get there in one go!I think the installer for the INS is on AVSIM, but be warned it's another thing to learn, so you may want to get used to VOR navigation before you try the INS.One of the most useful things for me has been to use FSNavigator to plan routes, that way I can bring up the window within FS, get the frequencies an off I go without having to pause or ALT-TAB.
