Thanks for the replies, but I don't have the Saitek Trim wheel. All I have is the Yoke, Throttle Control, and Pedals., but no trim wheel. I checked for driver updates, and control panel indicates that driver controls are current... Help and thanks!

The problem happened again on the next day after reinstalling the drivers. I will try as suggested above with the new mouse. Hopefully this resolves it.

Yes on the USB mouse. And I just downloaded and installed the new drivers. I will try again and let you know. However, it doesn't happen all of the time, but when it does (every few hours of flying), it is a pain... Fingers crossed. Thanks

For the past several months, I have been having an issue with P3D in that occasionally when I move the mouse to the menu section to change location or vehicles, it freezes on the left side of the of screen, causing the computer to completely lock up. Even Pressing Control-Alt-Delete does nothing and the only option seems to be to do a hard shutdown and restart the computer. I changed mouse devices, checked for driver updates and still no resolution. I replaced the .cfg file, and no help. I am using w7, Saitek Hub and throttles, and multiple monitors. This does not happen in FSX, and only began a few months ago, in-spite of the fact that I have been using p3D for a year or so with no problem. Any ideas? And thanks! Dogs53

I am obviously missing something very simple, but I am trying to install a few Liveries into my 777 and they aren't appearing in FSX. I have gone to the Op Center, selected the livery to download, after downloading it says that it is installed, but they aren't appearing in FSX. What am I missing? Then I went to the Livery Manager, and see them on the screen there, but when clicking on them, it just takes me to my document folder and nothing is there. I did a search on my computer for a .PTP file, but nothing comes up. What am I missing? Thanks BobL (Dogs53).

Every year in the winter for the past year or so, I am noticing patches of "blue" under snow in various area (And sometimes you can see waves in the blue area, implying that FSX is treating it like a water area and there is no lake nearby) . It seems to appear randomly and often near an airport away from the area blocked off for the runways and terminals. And if you were to overshoot a runway or somehow venture onto these areas, your aircraft is thrust up in the air as if you were on water in a non sea plane. This is happening on FSX default scenery areas. I think that a year or so, I discovered a fix for this, but can't seem to locate it now. Anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve? Thanks! Sorry.. Is it necessary to "uninstall" V1 of Megascenery Earth California before installing V2. In that I have SoCal and much of the state from V1, and given some of the mixed comments above, might it make sense to just install V2, and then "disable" V1 from the scenery selection area of FSX in the event that I would prefer V1? Or am I worrying about nothing here? Thanks

Possibly so, but I am wondering about what was told to me by PC Aviator rep.. IE, that there is a portion of the San Francisco area that doesn't show anything at night. I am wondering, does anyone know if this is more extensive than part of the San Francisco area?

Hi ... I have purchased a number of the Megascenery Earth Titles, and have recently been upgrading to the newer Version. I recently purchased the entire state of California. But when I did so, the rep on the phone at PC Aviator told me that he had heard complaints about the Night Scenery in San Francisco area not working properly. Has anyone else noticed this? And if so, any other areas? I haven't uninstalled the older version yet, nor have I installed the new version. I have sent an email to them on this, but no response. Has anyone else purchased CA, and any comments? Thanks Bob

Yes, they began to have server problems on Friday, and it continued through yesterday. Last night the forums were still active, but they are also down this morning. I don't know if the problems are related, but I suspect so, and I hope that they get it fixed soon. Bob

I finally purchased the 737NGX and I agree with other comments. It is the best around, second to none. You folks at PMDG have hit the ball out of the park. I just purchased and installed the 737NGX tonight and am looking forward to flying with it. And, I presume that I should also install the SP1 and then add other liveries if I want to. The reason that I am asking is just to be sure in that I am wondering if the version that I downloaded tonight would have the SP already installed. Just want to be careful.ThanksBob LeBoeuf

I just posted a question on this as it relates to the B1900C, and perhaps the same issue is as described in this post. I noticed that several have said to set the set the resolution down. Could someone please specify which resolution to set down to help this out. Is it Global Texture in the Graphics Tab? Hello.. I am flying the 1900 C in FSX with 3 monitors and am encountering a flicker across the windshield when flying in the VC View in rain. When switching to the 2D view, the problem goes away, but the instruments aren't visible with the 3 monitor setup..... Any ideas? THanks Bob.

Thanks Tom.. are you saying that I should delete the gauge in one of the Vcockpit files? Or since it is working well, could I just leave it as it is? And as for the OH panel. [Window05] has file=Overhead.bmp, then some other info and about 12 gauges in it... are you saying that I should copy those into the VCockpit area.. or just put "file=Overhead.bmp" in there (w/o quotes)... thanks Bob

Hello... I have a number of the MegaScenery Earth Files and sometimes when taking off on a certain rw in some airports, the runway is seemingly underwater.. or at least a part of it is not totally visible. Any ideas on how to fix? ThanksBob
