  1. We think that the licence was purchased directly from VoxATC.com and not ourselves. We personally alway answer emails promptly and if we have a request like from this customer and we cannot resolve it, we will contact VoxATC even though we were not involved in the transaction.
  2. Reinhard is still actively supporting Panel Builder but rarely seems to look at this forum. I noted from your previous post that you had an issue with some indicator lights. You are not using the latest version of Panel Builder. Download the latest version from www.simplugins.com Make sure that you uninstall your existing version before you install the new one. Make sure, in the case of X-Plane that the plugins in resources/plugins are removed. if you still have an issue please contact support@simplugins.com and Reinhard will assist you as always
  3. The licencing of VoxATC 7 is a manual system i.e. we send the serial number from a list provided by the developer.. If an order is made on a weekend, it will not be implimented until Monday but it will always be done on the first working day. Occasionally it is sent sooner but this is not guaranteed. I does say this on the RC Simulations order page.
  4. When the next update for VoxATC7 is released, it is likely to include the UK expansion for free. Expect to wait around 8 weeks for this release.
  5. I don't know what the author is going to charge but 7 won,t be free. That said he did loads of updates on version 6 and there is quite a good chance that your problem is already fixed. In any event you can try the new version 7 for 2 months and see if it pleases you.
  6. I may well be that VoxATC ver 7 addresses those issues Gregg. I do know that the writer is working his way through reported bugs. I guess that it is worth trying it at some point on the basis that the trial is free and quite long.
  7. Try the free(for 60 days ) VoxATC 7 beta for P3D version 3 up to 3.4 and see what you think. This can find this at www.voxatc.com This uses voice recognition.
  8. I really don't have too much trouble reading the instruments but they could be better. They don't compare with their appearance on a monitor. If you are looking at a gps or glass cockpit display it is also difficult to read small numbers or text. The quality also varies between different aircraft as well. With an analogue instrument display as with the Lancair, I have no issues and can always lean towards the panel for better clarity. Even with these drawbacks, the experience of flying under instrument conditions is still far and away more realistic in VR than not.
  9. These are my thoughts on VR and motion sickness. I have an Oculus Rift CV1, P3D ver 3.4 with Orbx scenery and Rob Young's Realair Lancair legacy 2. In all the time that I have used flight simulation, this is the closest that I have gotten to the real world experience of flying. I fly GA for real and the problem with VR is that I don't get the real motion cues and I do miss them. In the same way that as a student pilot, I suffered initially with motion sickness, I grew out of it and in 25 years+ of real flying I have never ever been ill when I have been in control( probably just as well!). With VR, you need to give yourself time to get used to the environment and if you feel nauseous, stop and do something else for a while or even until the next day. When you eventually feel well again, that is not to say that you won't ever feel ill in VR but the period of exposure should be longer. Eventually I expect VR to feel quite natural to me but it will take time but it is worth it, as the experience is incredible. I any of you are attending the flight sim show at RAF Cosford, UK on th Saturday 8th of October, I will have my OC there on the RC Simulations stand.
  10. Hi bmaik, You want to report your problem you need to contact support@voxatc.com or contact via the VoxATC.com website.. Tegwyn does not read this unofficial forum so will not see your pleas, reports or comments unless you contact him. If he already knows about your issue, the likelihood is that he will be working on it but contacting him directly is your best recourse.
  11. Rest in Peace Tom, you were truly a larger than life character and will be sorely missed. Condolences to your family
  12. I have emailed a link to this thread to support@simplugins.com which is a direct link for product support and I will also follow this up. Hopefully Reinhard will come back with a solution very quickly. Generally he has dealt with all product support issues promptly and fixed problems in the form of updated builds which sometimes takes a little time. He does not rip anyone off, AVSIM are independent and get nothing for supporting this and any of the other forums only revenue from advertising and donations. Tom550 your issue will be dealt with and I will keep you advised. Bob
  13. You could also ask Reinhard directly at support@simplugins.com
  14. You might want to update your Panel Builder to version 2.93. Go to www.simPlugins.com to get it. Uninstall your existing version and install the new version. It is quite likely that the issues that you have were dealt with some time ago. Please let us know if you still have a problem, having updated
  15. If you buy the Panel Builder base program you pay £39.95 ( including VAT). You can then get the EFIS as an expansion at £29.95 ( against the stand alone price of £39.95). There is currently no A2A Spitfire panel. Hope this helps
