  1. Hi bmaik, You want to report your problem you need to contact [email protected] or contact via the VoxATC.com website.. Tegwyn does not read this unofficial forum so will not see your pleas, reports or comments unless you contact him. If he already knows about your issue, the likelihood is that he will be working on it but contacting him directly is your best recourse.
  2. I have emailed a link to this thread to [email protected] which is a direct link for product support and I will also follow this up. Hopefully Reinhard will come back with a solution very quickly. Generally he has dealt with all product support issues promptly and fixed problems in the form of updated builds which sometimes takes a little time. He does not rip anyone off, AVSIM are independent and get nothing for supporting this and any of the other forums only revenue from advertising and donations. Tom550 your issue will be dealt with and I will keep you advised. Bob
  3. You could also ask Reinhard directly at [email protected]
  4. You might want to update your Panel Builder to version 2.93. Go to www.simPlugins.com to get it. Uninstall your existing version and install the new version. It is quite likely that the issues that you have were dealt with some time ago. Please let us know if you still have a problem, having updated
  5. If you buy the Panel Builder base program you pay £39.95 ( including VAT). You can then get the EFIS as an expansion at £29.95 ( against the stand alone price of £39.95). There is currently no A2A Spitfire panel. Hope this helps
  6. For what it is worth, the US version does not contain the UK expansion pack and any saving is also negated by carriage and VAT. Most US customers would probably not require the UK expansion anyway.
  7. The DVD version sold by R C Simulations contains VoxATC and VoxATC UK which follows specifically the procedures in CAP 413 which makes it very suitable for real world UK pilots to practice with. The disk also has 2 male and 2 female AT&T voices ( worth 100$ ) which makes it a pretty good deal.
  8. I thought that I would give you a heads up re the VoxATC website. There is a tech problem at the moment in accessing the site . This will be resolved soon but could take up to 48 hours before it is finally fixed. In the meantime if needs be, you can still email [email protected]
  9. What you say is generally true but not always true in the UK. Bristol, Exeter and Gloucester for example ask that you contact for engine start approval. You would generally ask for engine start and radio check in these circumstances.
  10. VoxATC 6.34 Has officially been released. You can get it from the VoxATC website.
  11. I got version 6.34 yesterday. Testing is progressing and won't be long now for release as it seems to be working well. The UK expansion will also be brought up to date shortly and providing all is well an announcement will be made on AVSIM, not much longer to wait. We will announce on the forum at the same time.
  12. The intended date of the release of VoxATC 6.33, compatible with LM Prepar3D 2.1 is mid March obviously providing no "show stoppers" are found
  13. A version of VoxATC 6 is in test that works with Prepar3D 2.1. Please be patient and when it is ready an announcement will be made on AVSIM. The update will be free to existing users. Bob Sidwick R C Simulations Ltd
  14. Hi Go Flight works fine with Panel Builder. Bob
  15. This is not a problem. Right click on the Panel Builder icon and choose Properties. Where it says Target, type the word start at the end of the line. This must be after the quotation marks and should be prefixed by a space. Apply and then your Panel Builder will auto-start with the gauges and background. Pleased to help Bob
  16. In the case of a light helicopter such as the Robinson, R22 Old_As_Dirt is correct. In the case of the Squirrel this has hydraulic controls and a force trim release button on the left of the hand grip. The hat switch also has a fine trim fuction. The forces as the helicopter goes from hover to forward flight are considerable and flying without trimis very hard work. I have flown both the single and twin Squirrel ( and the Robinson R22). Hope that this clarifies Bob
  17. I hope that I can help you. From the task bar in X-Plane , go to: Settings, Joystick and Equipment, Buttons Adv, Press your hat switch open General and select the panning function. You will need to do this for hat, left, right, up and down. You can even select the speed of response fromthe list as in nornal, fast and slow.
  18. Just to let you guys know, Tegwyn has been working very hard on a major update now for about a year, this will be free for existing users and includes features that that have have mentioned and wanted. Re VFR flight, this is particularly well catered for in the DVD version mentioned particulaly in the United Kingdom where it covers the Lower Airspace Radar services very well. It meticulously follows CAP413, the CAA document. Some proceedures will be updated in the upgrade. The version mentioned includes VoxATC, VoxATC UK and 4 voices. We will let you know via the front page of AVSIM, when this is ready.
  19. I hope that this reply helps. There are 76 gauges supplied with simPlugins Panel Builder. They cover fixed wing, twins, helicopter, B206, R22 etc plus turbines. You can expand the number of the gauges by editing. For example, the RPM, Manifold Presure and fuel flow may be numbered 1 to 4 to support up to 4 engines. If the range of these gauges is incorrect, they may also be edited by right clicking on them and typing in the range that you do want. This also applies to the airspeed gauge. I hope that this clarifies. Bob R C Simulations
  20. The voices on the DVD,s are the regular AT&T ones, Crystal, Mike, Charles and Audrey.Bob
  21. Only the VoxATC version 6 on DVD has the 4 At&T voices. The is applies both to VoxATC 6 and to VoxATC6 with the UK expansion. The download version does not include these voices. You can however get VoxPop voices from the VoxATC website for free and they may well offer you an upgrade from version 5. Contact [email protected] P C Aviator are able to supply the DVD version in the US and RC Simulations in the UK and Europe.Bob
  22. You should have 4 directories on the DVD called Voice1, Voice2, Voice3 and Voice4. If they are missing ie not on the DVD please get directly in touch with PC Aviator or contact me directly [email protected] and I will investigate. The voices work only with VoxATC and my be found in VoxATCs Voice Configuration. The installation of the voices should be automatic when you insert the DVD.
