Yesterday I bought a version of the software and I'm really excited. I use actually ASA2012 (in the past I used REX and FEX too) and was not yet satisfied with the representation of clouds. Even in worst weather I had no closed cloud cover. Also the clouds from below looks totally unrealistic. After installing the software, I have different cloud layers and when I passed by, I have zero visibility like never before. Very beautiful. Yesterday I could only take a small flight over Germany in bad weather but I am looking forward to the weekend when I will make greater turns. @Stephen: Originally I thought that I do not need the camera function, so I generally use Ezdok. But in order to have a comparison, I will download the file. Thank you for this very good program, the purchase was worth it. It makes the FSX even more realistic. Matthias Forstner

Hi,it sounds funny, but take both: the hdd and the new graficcard.The HDD for faster loading and the GTX for better framerates.If you only have the money for one, take the GTX...Since some weeks I own a GTX 580 (Intel 975@4312 MHz, 6 GB RAM and one RAID-SSD for WIN7and one RAID-SSD for FSX ) and now FSX works very comfortable. but all switches are still not on the far right...Testing will bring the success.Regards,Matthes

Believe me, I use a i7 975xe @ 4,22 GHz with Corsair DIMM 6 GB DDR3-2000 Tri-Kit and water cooling and I'am not able to put all controllers to the right. What I want to say is, you need plenty of power...Matthes

I don't know, where you come from. But in the german version of FSX your saved files are normally stored in c:\Benutzer-Namexxxx\Dokumente\Flight-Simulator-X-DateienAfter installing J41 the files, you are needed for the tutorial flight, are stored in c:\Benutzer-Namexxxx\Dokumente\FSX-FilesJust copy the 3 files from "FSX-Files" to "Flight-Simulator-X-Dateien (where the other files are), restart FSX and everything is working fine.Matthes
