  1. Running v2.0.013 over network. No problem hearing ATIS here .I see in the weather info after clicking on the info box right side of menu and clicking the weather tab.
  2. Thanks Dave, Will wait to see if you can get it worked out. In the mean time I have no problem just ignoring the PILOT2ATC COM active setting. I would rather focus my attention in the cockpit anyway, at 65 I'm easily distracted. My preference is to run FSX at full screen so I can utilize my GTN 750 add on in a 2nd screen where it's easier for me to control.
  3. Thanks for the replay Dave, The problem seems to vary with FSX default and add on aircraft. Some default will not allow me to switch between COM1 and 2 in PILOT2ATC, but allow the switch in FSX. In other cases default and add on aircraft will allow me to switch between COM 1and 2 in FSX, but when I change to COM1 in FSX PILOT2ATC shows COM 2 as active and when I switch to COM 2 PILOT2ATC shows COM 1 active, so if COM 2 is set to ATIS in FSX I hear the info but COM 1 is shown as active in PILOT2 ATC. I guess the solution will be for me to ignore which radio is showing active in PILOT2ATC. Am I correct in assuming that to run PILOT2ATC on the same computer as FSX that FSX has to be run in windows mode?
  4. To any who have a network set up. I have the program running over a net work, even have ATIS playing by running a connection from headphone jack on main computer to the line in jack on network computer. The problem I have though is with the COM radios. When I have COM 1 on in FSX COM 2 is shown as active in Pilot2ATC on the network machine. When I try to change to COM 1 in PILOT2ATC to match FSX it just stays stuck on the opposite COM channel. Any ideas?
  5. Installed the demo per instructions, load a flight plan and connect to FSX. I get a box pop up that tells me I'm connected, but when I tune to ATIS frequency shown I get an error message that say's I'm not tuned to a facility?
  6. Yes, Thank you sir for the great fixes to this aircraft. It has made this plane a joy to fly.
  7. Just download from the Multicrew Experience download page on the MCE site
  8. Hi, I haven't updated MCE in awhile. Do I need to uninstall previous version or just install update over current version?
  9. Sorry, forgot to put the 7 in Windows. Changed folder to full control, problem solved. Thank you.
  10. Hi, Installed Active Sky on my client pc running Windows 64 bit per network setup instructions. When I try to open Active Sky i get the following error" Your network database files could not be updated. Please make sure sharing is properly setup if using a network configuration." Tripple checked my setup and cannot find any error. All my other addons for FSX which run over a network work without any problem.
  11. Not happy with JF just now. Bought this aircraft and tried to install. Got an "No order found" error when attempting to install. Out a good bit of money until they get this sorted out. Ok, got to change my opinion of JF. Have to assume that it was some type of order verification delay. Waited two hours and reattempted an install. Installed without any difficulty. Happy camper now. Off to see if I can get this bird in the air.
  12. Ok, found that FSX wasn't loading my flight plan. Had to do a reinstall. Problem fixed.
  13. Have the same problem now. After update to 6.16 no longer get response from ATC. The only response is if I do not complete a phrase then will get the "last aircraft say again" otherwise nothing. Tried setting to above normal and high, no success.
  14. Have you contacted them through support email? Found out my problem was too many add-on aircraft. Between the aircraft installed and repaints I have over 300 aircraft config files that MCE was trying to access. Email support was able to sort out the issue, now up and running as it should, although will need to test further just to be sure no additional problems. I wish to state their support has been fantastic. Never had such good services as the folks at MCE provide.
  15. Update. I rechecked my back up files and did find MCE V2.4.7.4. Uninstalled V2.5.1.2 and installed V2.4.7.4 I am able to run with PMDG 747NGX with V2.4.7.4 but not V2.5.2.1. Also none of the Captin Sim's will work with either version.
  16. My chipset is Intel Core i7 x990 @3.47GHz Hard drive Seagate ST 310005 24AS SCSI. Unfortunatley do not have version prior to 2.5 When I downloaded 2.5 I replaced the previous version. It did work prior to 2.5, but I 've added more add-ons since the last time I ran before 2.5. I've tried to figure out if any new add-ons has made a significant change to FSX. I find it's weird that none of the default aircraft are affected and a select few of my add-ons work ok. Racking my brain trying to figure out what's differnet between the add-ons that do work and the ones that don't
  17. I too have been having the same problem. MCE works with all default aircraft, but refuses to work with addon except a select few. I also occassionally get an error that MCE is unable to find FSInsider.dll which when I checked is present. Also noticed my VOX ATC now takes an long time to initinalize Don't know if the two problems are related This all started with version 2.5. Tech support has been stellar in trying to assist with this problem, but just have not been able to resolve the issue.
  18. The installer ran fine for me. Game worked at first, until I crashed on the first flight. After that I got the corrupted install when I tried to restart. It evidently saved a corrupted file somewhere on my system. Have looked in every folder I could think of, but no luck
  19. Installed Flight, crashed on my 1st flight, had to exit the game. Next morning when I booted up my computer and tried to play Flight I got an error message that my install of Flight was corrupted and would close down. Uninstalled Flight and did a reinstall, but when I attempt to launch Flight I still get the message I have a corrupted install. I tried to run the repair but I get a message that the repair is looking for a msi file underAppData, local which is not there. Uninstalled again and looked for every file I could which had to do with Flight. I still get a corrupted install message after a third reinstall. Uninstall is not removing all the files that it needs to. Out of desperation I did a system restore to no avail, still have a corrupted install.
  20. With the Thrustmaster Warthog joystick, throttle and MDF's plugged in Vox ATC crashs to fatal error. When I unplug these items VOX works just fine. The Warthog also generates a continous key/button output. When I attempt to program my MCE program the Warthog overrides any button I push on my Saitek yoke.
  21. When using Thrustmaster Warthog joystick and throttle with Thrustmaster MFD's. I get thre dreaded fatal error message when I try to enable Vox ATC. Anyone else have this problem with this type hardware setup?
  22. Got it fixed. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now shows up correctly.
  23. I have Thrustmaster Warthog Joystick, Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle, Saitek Throttle quadrants x3, Saitek Yoke, One Shot Pulse Generator 2160,USB Pulse Generator 2120,DTA Rotary Encoder.
  24. After installing Linda and setting up the joystick options, when I pick an aircraft I get the following on the joystick option screen
