I totally agree with you. I would love to see a developer bringing this bird back! I would looooveee to repaint her as much as fly with her!! Id tried to start once a model in Blender, but i have better knowledge in NURBs than Polygons. 😆

You know, sometimes i ask my self if i should just stop painting too. There are some very nice artists these days and i guess much better than me as they can provide reliable number of liveries, totally different than me as i do like to stay in a few liveries only but aiming more in producing small details. Of course some people doesn´t get my choices and i totally understand, and.. what can i do?! ...in the end i like those liveries that had some significance in my life and that is the reason i spend time on it. Another factor is each simulator comes with different file format; from bmp to png, from png to dll, than now ktx2. Every single time of these changes i spend weeks putting my head on thinking whyyyy?! But than you get the new logical way and as soon as you can think you nail it! Today at least you can find so much material and people willing to help too. In the end i am very great full to see that the community grew so much, so many people with passion for flying and all the new technology helping with it. Im from the time Flight simulator was a black screen with a few white lines only, played from a K7 tape! 😄

Time for the old Brazilian colors to get into the new TFDI Md-11´s model. I needed to repainting everything from scratch but it worth, their new model is amazing and full of details! I started with the AAL to get the baremetal working. Now is time to head back to my hometown in the South America part of the globe! At the moment adding more details to the engines (and some weathering as well) and dealing with all those cabin textures! Making me crazy..hehehe. Well, i hope you enjoy this set!

Flight from GIG to NAT operated by the old Varig flagship. The beginning of the 90ths it was a sensation, you could enter in the cockpit or even ask to see the landings from the jump seat. Of course it was easy being a kid and not offering any harm to the flight crew 😂. The aircraft in question it was an 727-100 and it was also my first time flying the 727. This it was my first time flying alone. Boarding the aircraft...you can see Ms2020 almost got it right with the Concord. Normally it was the Air France and not BA. Start the descending to NAT

Yes...a few years ago.... where i d decided to start repainting 😄 ...and still taking time! hahaha But glad to see you and some fellows enjoying my artwork🙂 i miss lots the L-188. Maybe one day we will see this bird back again in this virtual world 🙂Thanksss :)
