  1. The frame of the second video at 00:33 show 45KIAS, going too slow, no wonder the spin!

  3. In my case I'm not having this interference either! I'm flying both!hehe! These are the best props I have. Of course JS41 has a short advantage cuz it's the new.
  4. I did all planning for a long flight, considering JS41, and I was surprised that FMC showed me in the middle of flight I was 1h short. DTG was 465 and GS 306, then I still had 1:30 to reach destination, bt FMC was showing 2:32. 1h longer.I did the math an noticed I was ok and probably FMC wasn't doint its math properly. 4 minutes later it shows the correct ETE.I really don't know what was wrong, didn't change de FP and all my previous calculations done before flight used distance displayed at FMC. I is not boddering me but think you guys should check. I'll also monitor this time during my flight to see if it repeats.
  5. It is so easy to type in fixes for the routes and this plane is not a MD11 long range aircraft. If you are lazy just type fixes where route changes direction! :(
  6. I agree with Butchm! :( I love flying "old" style or even "older" style (visual references, compass and clock) and this plane is great for these sort of flights. I just warn you that you NEED to plan your descent. Otherwise you may get frustrated!Taking this part of the plane has the greatest handling, no sudden jumps from small joystick comands... excelente plane.
  7. By any chances did you forget to set Start Locks?! If so I'm out of ideas because this was my only problem!
  8. I'm in my 15th JS41 flight and never used AP for ILS approach :( ! From what you are saying I'll keep following GS and LOC by hand :(
  9. I did not have any of this problem. :( Most of problems happened to me when I didn't start FSX with a default C172 with all off, parked at some airport, and then switching to JS4100.
  10. I hate all of default planes in FS, so I am constantly in a quest for good addons. Being a propeller fan it is hard to find good AddOns because most them are jets. I tried a lot of them but just a few fall into the recomendation list. Following my order of acquisition I would recomend (FS9/FSX) ATR72 and (FS9/FSX)Piper Cheyenne from Digital Aviation, and finally the JS4100 from PMDG. If you know any of the previous addons you can assume JS4100 is even better.As someone said before, it's not an addon you can fly after instalation. A few hints so you can have the same impression all of us had.1) Start FSX in default flight with C172 on ground with all off. Then load any JS4100 flight.2) Learn how to start up engine, special care to Stop Latches3) Practise landing: JS4100 doesn't loose speed with nose down! Slow down leveled before descending! Flap just goes down if the speed is right. In my first flights I set flap 25 but it didn't go... right before flare when speed dropped flaps went 25 and I had a loooonnng flare :( 4) In order to stop engine and don't have to activate Stop Latches you need to learn to shut it down too.5) If you like flying manually without AP this is the plane! It has such a nice smooth handling you would think it's a waste landing in any other way than manually!Things I don't like:1) Ice formation: the animation of ice formation doesn't look good when icing or melting. Also it's happening in some situations where I think it should not.2) Sound: when we start engine, the sound doesn't transition smoothly between engine states.Enjoy your flight
  11. Same here, I've had several issues when loading J41 direct after starting FSX. Loading default flight with C172, all off, then loading J41 is working like a charm. No lock ups all flight long.
