Hello,After VGA upgrading from 285 to 580 and using automated tweaking (by *******), my fsx gave me good performance(FPS). But I have a problem(also before tweaking and upgrade to 580GTX I had it) on some heavy sceneries such as KJFK(FSDT) during night my FPS drops from ~28 to 9 or 10 for one or two seconds then again back to 28 or 30!? What is the problem? Any solution? I expect FPS can drop on heavy sceneries but should stable! I mean drops to 14 or less but must remain unchanged on same view. OK , Finally my EVGA 580GTX SC received ,this is preliminary tests result on my current CPU speed (Corei7@3.7Ghz) , this is my 2 little scenarios:PMDG 748 on VC ,EDDF, weather Thunderstorm, 12:00Local time (Aerosoft+GEX+REX+UTX):285GTX: 19 580GTX: 22580GTX(BP=0):27PMDG 748 on VC ,KJFK , weather Thunderstorm, 00:00Local time (FSDT+GEX+REX+UTX):285GTX:14580GTX:16580GTX(BP=0):17285 had Bufferpools/RejectThreshold tweaks and 580GTX hast “Highmemfix” in first result and “Highmemfix+BP=0" on second.I have not any idea about smoothing, not compare it yet.Regrads

I am fully confused!:Worried: I am going to upgrade from 285GTX to 580GTX based of Stephen professional reports and benchmark. I have core i7 @3.8Ghz. But some posts here don’t confirm this upgrade.RegardsBob

Yes , Give a last chance to your 570::Thinking: Delete you FSX.cfg and let FSX rebuild it, and don’t add any tweaks to that(such as BP or RejectThreshold ….) , maybe just adding Highmemfix is OK.

Sorry, my mistake first find "Weight and Fuel" option in "Flight and aircraft settings". then disable "payload weight and fuel update".

You have an option(flight & aircraft setting) during load passengers that can disable changes on weight and balance in FSX, so you can load your passngers and cargo by FSPAX but your Aircraft still remains your settings by Loadmanager.Good Luck

Hello guys,Could you help me how can I check that my FPS_limiter works or not?I made batch file and it seems run correctly and locked it on 30 but in FSX when I check my FPS (via shift_Z) it could reach to 40-41 for a seconds then dropped to 18 again up to 30 and … . By FRAPS it is ~30.My Vsync is ON in fsx.cfg and my refresh rate is 60hz.Is it works? is it OK?My next question is problem on heavy sceneries! For example KJFK(FSDT) or EDDF(Aerosoft) also I have REX and ASE. Expect on PMDG 747X . My FPS suddenly drops from ~18,19 to 8 and 9 for 1 or 2 seconds and again jump to 18. What is the problem?I am on core i7 930@3.8Ghz and NVidia 285

First thanks Ryan for instructions , works nice on 260.99. :( But I use FPS limiter and I heard I should set my FPS on FPS limiter about 1/3 of my monitor refresh rate. My max refresh rate of my 22” monitor is 60Hz. So I should set it to about 20FPS on limiter? Is that correct?Thanks

Hello Guys,I am loosing my throttle calibration time to time :( , I have Saitek X52 PRO and yoke/pedals , I just installed their drivers(no software) and calibrate them via registered FSUIPC. But I have to check my FSUIPC throttle calibration on first of each flight, it sometimes is between ~(-16384 up to 16384) but sometimes on ~(-11700 up to 1600).Your advice will be appreciate.
