Hi Mitch, Thanks for the advice - I have tried Evo. It's a masterpiece (thanks to Sascha for his enormous effort) and the textures are clear and sharper than UT ( in my system), but too green for me (just my personal opinion. Regards Timo

Hi Sesquashtoo, Thanks for Your answer - I do already use UT and GE Professional and some more... Are Your ground textures as clear as on Your sceeenshots when You're flying over regions without BEV -for for example Europe? Have You tweaked Your Fs9.cfg? Regards Timo

Hi John, cannot explain due to my limited capabilities of the english Language. Just search via Google for "Windows 7 inplace Upgrade". BUT: this upgrade should bring Your entire Windows 7 to its original state normally without touching installed Programms and files - in my case everything was fine after the Upgrade, although there is no guarantee... So if Yo have no other trouble with Your system it FS it might be better to leave it as it is... Regards Timo

Hi kerikiwi, Maybe something with Your Win7? Had this issue too. Due to problems with my Win7 Installation I decided to make a "Win7 inplace repair Installation" - now my system is working fine and my FS is showing the Root folder when I select "Add scenery". Regards Timo

Hi fellow simmers, I am searching for a 744 for my FS9, but I guess my Notebook is not powerful enough for the iFly, so I consider the purchase of the PMDG. Does anybody use it with a Win7 64Bit OS? In the product Description at Aerosoft it is mentioned as for Windows XP only. Thanks and best regards Timo

Me too. I really love my stable FS9 - Even on my notebook I can use it with the all the nice sceneries, PMDG and Carenado aircraft, 100% AI traffic, FSGRW and ENB. Today I read in the aerosoft Forum that the new Mega Airport Brussels will be for FS9 too -really happy about that!!!!

I can highly recommend this scenery - very detailed and good frames Even on my notebook. Timo

Hi guys, Thanks for your response and thanks for the warning. According to the linked discussion on AVSIM there the mentioned patch consisted on two additional bgl-files especially for use with Flytampa Seattle ( but worked with the default airport too) and was available via the meanwhile closed Flightscenery-Website. Another fix by disabling some bgl-files in the portland scenery was only for non UT-Users... Hope someone has this Patch because with such an issue I don't want to use this beautiful scenery... Hello Flightsimmers, two days ago I decided to purchase the two wonderful Flightzone sceneries Portland and Rhode Islands. After the installation I noticed that my default SeaTac Airport is now on a plateau. A search on AVSIM showed me that this is a well known issue that could be fixed with a patch (http://forum.avsim.net/275905-flightzone-portland-mesh-patch ) Unfortunately this patch seems to be no more longer avaiable on the net, every downloadlink I found was dead. Has anybody this patch available and can send it to me? Thanks in advance for your help and best regards from Germany Timo
