Edited registry and there are no more traces left, but unfortunately this error still comes up. As it appears immediately after clicking the YES button on the very first screen titled Multi Crew X-Plane Setup at the bottom as answer to the question "Continue?", I assume that it is triggered by something more basic on my PC perhaps. But you know better what the action triggered by that YES button is and it might be looking for a non existing file or something like that. But I am sure that I have extracted the complete archive as found on your website.... So I am still lost in the dark (or perhaps even translation.... 😉 ) Thank you and have a great weekend nevertheless, please Cheers Juergen

Thank you Gerald, but that yields the same error unfortunately. Perhaps I should "clean" the registry??? The error appears right after clicking Yes to continue in the very first window of the setup routine.... No chance to accept any installation directory at all. 🥶

Interesting thought to bring similar details into MSFS, but I am afraid that game needs to be flxed in many other areas first 😉 Have fun watching those pax 🙂

Forget about MSFS for another year or so, then perhaps it will be a viable competitor to XP and others... I deinstalled that crappy piece of software three times already and just last week have decided to do that one last time and wait until end 2022 before taking another look at that program in the hope that it might have developed into a flyable sim. By chance I fond this website: https://pmdg.com/add-on-liveries/ It lists about 11 liveries for the XP10 version of the DC6, BUT there are no files to download.....🥵 You can see the full path with the file names, but when trying to save, there is nothing on your hard disk..... Does anyone have a few of those? Or know a link where to find them? I am particularly interested in the PanAm livery and would be happy to find one with your help.... THANK YOU! Scorpio47 EBAW

Any progress on this problem, Jean-Luc? It seems that your new store frontend is long overdue and the present setup with the Flight1 wrapper is pretty crappy to say in in friendly words.... Their website is dysfunctional for many of the links, so that a user gets lost and will eventually give up, thus generating a LOSS for your sales figures! Please do something about this asap! I have a slightly different situation here... I have purchased and installed the bundle in XPlane and now downloaded the version for P3D5. However, when starting the F1 e-commerce installer I only get the option to reinstall and the purchase option is greyed out. When I use the reinstall option and try to connect to my account i get an error (to be expected), because I do not own that product yet. How can I install my new version of P3D in parallel to the already installed version in XP11? Thank you for your help.

Don´t make your work look bad, dear Dai, you actually did a GREAT job. Sorry for coming back to this one last time, Dai. You said above that the fuel transfer works (which would explain the very slight differences in fuel levels in the receiving and feeding tanks) and most probably the pumps break within seconds of using them. That should, however, not affect the hand pumps, right? If this is a "fragility problem" for the electric pumps, hand pumps should still work (they were conceived for cases like that when the electric equipment would no longer work I guess....). Can you give me a hint on how to do a fuel transfer in this condition using only the hand pump? THANK YOU! And cheers Jürgen

Thank you, Dai, that was somewhat comforting news.... Actually I have NEVER used the pumps and switched anything on the tanks, always pumps off first, then anything else. But as you said, they are at this stage simply oversensitive, even after a fresh load after the default situation, they do not work... for a "visible" result in any case. Should the hand pump work? If yes, that could help me to cross the Oeans... BTW, with only 50% in the main tanks the plane´s max range is limited to only a few hours (even with full tanks I ditched a few times into the North Atlantic on my attempts to cross from Gander to Shannon....) So it seems all we can do at this time is wait for the next iteration to be published and to hope that it will be soon 😉 THANK YOU for all your work and your continued support. Have a great weekened! Ok, understood Dai. So what to do? I installed the latest version again and started a fresh flight with cold and dark plane after loading the default situation in P3D5. Followed the checklists and procedures to start the engines, filled all tanks with 20% of their capacity and took off. When airborne I started a fuel transfer from one of the starboard tanks to BOTH wing tanks resulting in NO CHANGE (except for the small amount of fuel burnt being gone frome the wing tanks. If my interpretation of this situation is correct that would mean that in the latest version of the Clipper there is simply no fuel transfer possible and does not seem to have any working pumps.... Please correct me if I am wrong and let us know how to proceed and be able to do long distance flights needing more than the fuel in the wing tanks. THANK YOU and have a great weekend! Juergen

That´s what I had feared, Dai.... So nothing to do for now then it seems... except getting rid of that water 🤗 BTW, my secret solution was to change the fuel burn scalar in the aircraft.cfg file from 1.0 to 0.3 or even less. With that setting I reached Gander from Shannon after about 1750 NM... That was the only way to make it accross the Atlantic without ditching,,, 😉

While I do not really understand what you are apologising for, I downloaded and installed the original files from the last version on the site and NONE of the fxml files contains the two lines about the pumps!!!! So the only way would be to add them manually, but I tried that and it does not seem to make any difference..... Therefore my question is: where can I find a COMPLETE fxml file or how can I produce one saving a scenario? It is all a bit weird though....😞 EDIT: I saved a new scenario and that fxml file contains the two lines with the state of the 2 pumps. However the plane still does not do any kind of fuel transfer from the hydorstatic tanks to the wing tanks, only those loose fuel due to engine consumption, all other levels stay constant... This is true for the use of electric pumps AND the hand pump
