Try to reinstall the drivers. It might work. Otherwise, try the stick on another computer. If it doesn't work there, your stick coincidentally might have broke down.

I don't seem to have any issue with the fuel on the B738. At mine it does use the center tank. Do you use any third party software/liveries/aircraft.cfg edits?

I used your tool (already got good framerates normally though, except for when I'm at kinda populated airports like LAX) and it lowers my settings a lot. But it did give me advice on my frame limiter (I got it at 30 now, might improve my spotplane view performance)
