  1. I do get the stretching at the edges of my 3 screen setup. As far as I'm aware, there's not a huge amount you can do about it. I saw a solution that involves opening 3 new views but that costs a lot in performance.
  2. Does anyone here have any experience with using a Bezel Corrector that doesn't mean enabling nVidia Surround? P3D lets me drag the window across the 3 screens without nVidia Surround. It's better for me to have a non Surround config for other things. It'd be nice to be able to bezel correct for hen I'm in P3D though. I did a search and found something called Display Fusion, but the sales bumf isn't very clear...
  3. I got it working in my P3D 3.1 and it seems to work pretty well. The sound is a bit dodgy on playback but I can live with that. I did notice that the flaps don't appear to be recording and playing back at all on the PMDG 737 NGX, but everything else does. Is there a reason for that?
  4. Thanks, it's shame that the development of it appeared to have stopped back in 2012...
  5. Does anyone know if there's a modern up to date application that I can record my flights with? I'd like to be able to watch my landings back from different angles, but the P3D recorder doesn't include any of my 737NGX flap and spoiler settings etc... Thanks...
  6. You're not the only one who thinks that, I remember in the back of my mind seeing something on TV about it. I think there's a company trying to use Google Maps for this kind of thing. As far as I'm aware there's no way to do it in P3D. To be honest, I doubt it'd even look that good anyway. You can get pretty close with Orbx products and some add on Mesh that has a better resolution than the default. Or there's always VFR Photo scenery, but I've never thought it looks that great under 3000 feet. I'm really happy with Orbx Global with Vector and Open Land Class.
  7. I use MyTraffic 6 with the "Air Traffic Manager" App that's available for free. I set the traffic level to 6% for the PMDG 777 and 10% for the PMDG 737. Plenty of traffic at those levels. The Air Traffic Manager App is essential in my opinion. It adds another 15 - 20 fps for me my removing distant traffic you'll never see. Brilliant little program.
  8. Changing the sound card option in the P3D Sound settings did the trick. Thanks... It turns out that Pro ATC doesn't have any ATIS, that's why I can't hear it when I tune to the frequency with the "Voice" option off. You can tune to Active Sky Next ATIS though on 122.00.
  9. I'll give that a try tomorrow... Thanks Frederic.
  10. Hi Bob, Thanks for responding. Yeah I have ATC un-ticked in the P3D options. It's funny, if I un-tick Voice in the P3D options, I lose my FS2Crew. Some times ATIS won't work through the requested Pro ATC frequency with Voice disabled too...
  11. Hi All, I'm using Pro ATC in P3D v3.1 and it's mostly great. I think I'm still getting default P3D ATC over the top of my Pro ATC controllers. I renamed the default ATC file for P3D as suggested in the guide I read. It also says to un-tick "Voice" in the P3D options, but If I do that I lose my FS2Crew Pilot and First Officer Sounds. Does anyone know the solution to this please?
  12. I use Taxi2Gate Munich, Istanbul and Doha. They all have fantastic performance. It's amazing how they do it...
  13. One thing that is really good about v3 or v3.1 is the ability to update the client without going through the process of completely deleting and reinstalling everything when there's an update. When I went from v3 to v3.1 I just did a download of the new v3.1 client (about 350meg I think) and installed that. If they're going to make it that easy, then that's a good enough reason alone for me...
  14. I'm on 3.1 and fly with both the PMDG 737 and 777 and I haven't had a single crash. No running out of memory or anything like that. It works perfectly for me. The performance in fantastic too. I have most detail cranked up with loads of add ons and I get around 45 fps in the 737 cockpit at a decent sized airport like UK2000 Gatwick and Taxi2Gate Munich.
  15. As far as I'm aware, DXT5 is better for performance than 32Bit. I use DXT5 and it looks great...
