Capt. PERO's post in Questions and Suggestion was marked as the answer1) Yes, just tick "Allow multiple instances of SIMstarter" at the program settings. But that is not really recommanded, because you could do changes which could be overwritten by the other instance of SIMstarter. From my point of view, there is not need
2) All user data is stored in ".\Userprofiles", SIMstarter.ini and userChanges.log
3) Good idea. ;O)

Capt. PERO's post in FSX-SE compatibilty was marked as the answerHi Zoran,
at this point SIMstarter is not compatible with FSX-SE (I've not tested) at the moment.
"Microsoft fsx.exe does not exist" is not a SIMstarter error. When does the error occurs?
Usually SIMstarter does not check the source path of fsx.exe, just if the executable is named "fsx.exe". Therefore it should work (I tested at my maschine...).
Some path like "Shaders" directory are hard-coded. These features will not work - for sure. The rest could work - BUT ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY!
Have you changed the path at your Startprofile as well? Maybe there is still the old path...

Capt. PERO's post in XML Profiles....advantages? was marked as the answerHi Mark,
sorry for the delay. I never did a research if deactivating DLLs oder EXEs give a performance boost. It's more or less the conclusion to deactivate programs that you don't need. ;O)

Capt. PERO's post in Use Simstarter with FPS_limiter.exe was marked as the answerHi Sebastian,
I am not 100% sure but isn't it possible to add
"C:\FSX\limiter\FPS_Limiter.exe" as a new program and use
/r:D3D9 /f:30 /x:OFF /l:OFF C:\FSX\fsx.exe as a parameter?
You need to add this program first and then delete the fsx.exe line. SIMstarter will add fsx.exe if no other program is included in a StartSet.
Could you please check it?
You wouldn't need "start" because this is a command for batch-file.

Capt. PERO's post in Request for starting additional programs was marked as the answerUntil this feature is implemented you could use a <wait> between fsx.exe and your other programs.
You would need the duration of a fsx.exe startup and then you could set a <wait> 90 <seconds> and start the other programs afterwards.
...just a quick idea! ;O)

Capt. PERO's post in AXE CoRte Editor 2.3 was marked as the answerHi Namensvetter,
das liegt nicht wirklich an der Version. Wahrscheinlich verwendest Du beim A320/A321 mit dem CorteEditor 2.2 die Einstellung "Realistische Company Route" oder Fullroute=0.
Geh mal im CoRte Editor auf "Options" > "FMGS.ini" > "Set Fullroute=0". Dann sollten Deine Flugpläne funktionieren.
Gruss,
peter

Capt. PERO's post in Problem with Livery Manager was marked as the answerYes, you are right. SIMstarter has a "hick up" with the "/////". But this is a problem of SIMstarter and will be fixed within the next version.

Capt. PERO's post in How to undo a SIMstarter change? was marked as the answerHi Ken,
there is no Switch, that SIMstarter changes to bring in a SplashScreen. The "normal" P3D SplashScreen should have been visible before using SIMstarter. SIMstarter just changes the .\Uires\dlgsplash_academic.bmp with a Bitmap of your choice. There are no other changes done in case of SplashScreens from SIMstarter. I am sure. ;O)

Capt. PERO's post in SimStarter 2.3.01 does not delete ENB files after termination of FSX was marked as the answerProblem already found:
All entries at "Startdefinition" will be started in sequence. Meaning, if you run "fsx.exe" first than delete "d3d9.dll" the "in use message" is fully right, because FSX is using that file. Prior version 2.3 no error message was shown and it might looked that the file has been deleted. But the .dll has surely never been deleted.
At this point it is not planned to build a "Startdefinition - after FSX is closed". That would solve your problem. ^_^
Best idea is your workarround. B)

Capt. PERO's post in Scenery Manager was marked as the answerHi Scott,
eigentlich sollte es mit FTX Central nicht kollidieren, solange DU SIMstarter immer nach FTX Global startest, wenn Du die Regionen geändert hast. So sind zumindest meine Erfahrungen.
