FSDreamteam forum
Same issue here. Used 2 different devices, used different browsers and the PC that is only used for flight sim, got the same message as you all, "Sorry, you have been blocked." I was looking at a topic (which as 2 pages) and was able to look at the first page. However, when I clicked "next" to see the next page, that's when I got that blocked message. I've tried all possible solutions (clearing history, cookies) to no avail. So I don't know what's going on. I know its not on my end.

PSXT_P3D frozen
I didn't nor did I update myself. Your program does forces me (which I don't like) to update PSXT_P3D even if there are no updates for it. I think if you have no updates for PSXT_P3D, it shouldn't force me to update it to the newer version if the updated version was more towards PSXT. Because of this, PSXT_P3D prevents me from using the current version (i.e 12.3.0). When I launch your programs, it looks for the updates automatically, closes the program, forcing me to update it to the newest version. As I said before, normally after an update, the program runs fine, no issues. But this time around, it was not the case. But if you saw the log entry, you see that PSXT_P3D appears to have updated (located above where the Sim_Install_Path) however, I'm not sure what PSXT_P3D is waiting. I completely uninstalled PSXT_P3D and re-installed it, still getting the same issue.

PSXT_P3D frozen
Hello, I recently updated PSXT_P3D for Prepar3Dv5 to v12.4.0 and when I launch the program, it seems to be frozen where its says "Waiting for Prepar3Dv5" despite P3Dv5 is running as per screenshot. Log is below screensot. Any thoughts? Thu Dec 11 05:45:21 2025 (utc) PSXT_P3D version 12.4.0 for Prepar3D v5/v6 Waiting for Prepar3Dv5 ...

How to add ramp lights
It says it "use of these files are for iniBuilds Dynamic Lighting profiles only." Does that mean I won't be able to use the lights on stock P3Dv5 airport??

How to add ramp lights

PSXT_P3D crash
Thanks. But PSXT did crash. The sim or the aircraft I was using didn't cause it nor has there been any time where it CTD P3Dv5. Sometimes I don't launch PSXT so I know its not the aircraft, scenery or P3Dv5. Anyway, I did go back and download the Japanese airlines that were missing when operating in Osaka. Don't know why I didn't do that. I guess I was going to do that a while back at one point but I forgot. I did do some flights, and didn't have any issues although still a bit worry the issue will occur. For the meantime, I'll keep an eye out.

PSXT_P3D crash
I don't have all the liveries installed as there are parts of the world I'm not flying in. Certain regions that I know I will fly often have been installed. Because I'm missing so many liveries, could that be a reason for the issue I'm having?? As for the AI aircraft causing the CTD, you do happen to know which one it is??

PSXT_P3D crash
Hello, I was doing a flight and when I was about 15 minutes away from destination (RJBB) when P3Dv5 crashed which I believe was caused by PSXT_P3D, according to Event Viewer. This is the second time I've seen this happen. The first time was sometime last week when conducting a flight from Singapore to Osaka, again, roughly the same spot. Any thoughts? Log and screenshot

PSXTraffic_P3D vs PSXT_P3D
Thanks for the clarification. I've now uninstalled PSXTraffic_P3D and will continue to use PSXT_P3D going forward.

PSXTraffic_P3D vs PSXT_P3D
Hello, I have P3Dv5. I also have both PSXTraffic_P3D vs PSXT_P3D installed in which I run PSXT_P3D the most. Question is, 1). Do I need to run PSXTraffic_P3D along side with PSXT_P3D as well or only run either one?? 2). If I mostly run PSXT_P3D, can I uninstall PSXTraffic_P3D or are both programs needed to run smoothly?? 3). Which program is better to have running?

BDO RJBB Scenery for P3Dv5
What I did was created an addon.xml file and installed the scenery that way. Seems to work as the sim loaded the scenery although I need to do some flight in and out of RJBB to see if I experience any issues you did. But I think its works good.

BDO RJBB Scenery for P3Dv5
Hello everyone, I have the BDO Avaition scenery for RJBB which I had installed in P3Dv4.5. Now that I'm on P3dv5, I see that this scenery isn't compatible however I've read in older post (links are listed below) you can make it work. So my question is, in order for this scenery to work in P3Dv5, do I just need to make an addon.xml file or is there something else I need to do such as modify the BGL file??? On one post, a user said the following: " go to the scenery library, add a new area." Would that be an option?? If any one has this scenery installed in P3Dv5, could you tell me what you did to make it work?? Thanks for help. BDOaviation RJBB in P3Dv5 Best Japanese airports for P3D v5

Aerosoft KSMF in P3dv5
Hello all, I'm in the process of adding the Aerosoft KSMF scenery into my P3Dv5. I already have the iniBuilds exclude file and turned the KSMF_ADEX_SMF.bgl file to .off. I don't have any of the ORBX NCA scenery installed, perhaps in the future I will. So I want to know if there is anything else I need to do in terms of turning off other bgl files or adding in more bgl files?? Can someone show me their add-on.xml file so that I can ensure I have it set up correctly on my end?? I see that I have 3 folders: SMF_LC, SMF_LIBS and the main folder that has the scenery/texture/options/scenery manager.

FSX-ASN 8-minutes freeze
Richard Muñoz replied to Laban4's topic in The AS16 and ASCA | Active Sky | Active Sky Next | XPAX Support ForumHi folks, Like many of you, i too am victim to the 8 minute freeze. However, I really don't see the solution that would fix the problem. That is to say, I read the post and each post addresses the issue but they don't reveal the solution. If they did, I probably missed it from all that reading. I'm running the following: Win 7, 64-bit i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40, 8 gigs memory graphics = ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450 Vatsim (regardless if I'm connectedor not, freeze still occurs) Activesky Evolution Wilco Airbus Evolution series My opinion is that using this type of PC, I shouldn't be experiencing any freeze, right? Nevertheless I could be wrong. thanks for the help brgds

what is best recommended setting for my pc?
hi guys, here is my specs for my computer:dell xps 410windows vista home prem 32-bitintel core 2 Quad CCPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHzNvidia GeForce 8600GT256.00 MBtotal memory 3.00 GBfree memory 1.63 GBhard drive = 288 GBadd-ons installed:wilco publishing = Airbus Series Evolution Vol.1 & Airbus Series Vol. 2REX v2.0 for texturesASE for weather (current build verison)Xgraphicswith these specs, what would you recommend my settings should be when using FSX to get the best performance? i.e, cloud detail, scenery, etc.i see that there are folks out there who have screenshots of their flight, which they look great, and comparing to what i see when flying in FSX, it doesn't come close. then again, i'm a little retarded about knowing computer stuff. you can say that i'm back in the stone age, lol.any advice would be great even if it means that i need to upgrade parts. at least it gives me an idea in what i should do. thnksbrgds

ASE wx movement?
Richard Muñoz replied to Richard Muñoz's topic in The AS16 and ASCA | Active Sky | Active Sky Next | XPAX Support Forumthanks for the reply. winds is disable, meaning that there is not checked. i pay a closer look next time. example, here at SFO, the low clouds starts to roll in. is there any way where ASE ans simulate that instead of 1 minute theres no cloud then all of a sudden there are some clouds?
-
ASE wx movement?
is there a way in which the weather in FSX such as clouds, move like they do in real world once the ASE has updated the wx info into FSX? it just seems that sitting at the gate, i see the clouds but don't see them move. i noticed this when i was using the REX v2.0 weather.

question using ASE & REX 2.0

question using ASE & REX 2.0
hi guys, hope y'all are enjoying your flights cuz i know i am. i was wondering if y'all can help me understand how i can make ASE ans REX 2.0 work together on FSX. i'm a little confuse on how to set-up the weather textures. but what i did, perhaps y'all can tell me what i can do better. under REX 2.0 in the theme creations, i've selected reality where it says select a theme to install. after choosing this theme, i saved it and installed it fsx next i start up ASE, insert my flightplan from FSX and then it asks if i want to install snapshot in which i click cancel cuz i don't know what to do in that. within ASE, i launch FSX, while sitting at the gate ASE is uploading and updating weather for the flight. question is, did i do everything right? am i missing something? is that basically what y'all do? basically what i want to do is the weather during enroute, lets say from SFO-ORD according to aviationweather.gov, if i'm going to run into clouds at FL350 between ONL/vor and IOW/vor, i should see that in FSX using ASE and REX to enhance the clouds textures, right? if y'all can provide me a step by step on how y'all do or if there's a video i can watch, that would be great cuz i feel like i'm having a huge brian fart over something that is probably easy to do. thanks for the helpbrgds
