Is there a way to only have one gtn and the fmc together I would like that better.

if the oil temp gauge in the default 172 "works" then carenado owes me a "working" oil temp gauge in a plane I paid as much for as the entire simulator program. So yes it matters to me any way and besides I like my "decorations" to look as good as possible bad beta testing in my opinion that something this simple was missed. If it is going to be stuck in one place they could have at least have it stuck in the green zone.!

No oil temp for me either. really a let down! the alebeo titan was the same but a member in that firum had a fix for it , I wonder if the same method could be applied to this uncooked bird.

I found a better solution for me at least . I have the carenado f 406 I took the adf radio guage from that plane and replaced the adf in the shrike with it .the 3d knobs fit perfectly, and it" talks "to the 2d pop up just fine so if you want to use the extra functions like the timer you still can with the pop up

I cannot get the middle digit to change for instance 368 I can change the 3 and 8 but not the six what gives tried 15 minutes ridicoulus

I am having trouble with the rex weather radar..... is there an option to keep the reality xp weather gauge with this update?

I will do a short hop in her tonight Previously I got her in to Tapini and back to jacksons what I do remember It does float on with ground effect for a while. Hi Brian , There are not any cowl flaps in the titan also there is no OAT gauge. I use the gtn 750 with the oat displayed to get over that and also used the aired trick someone posted in here to get the cylinder head temps to register in a somewhat realistic way. with those two tricks its a nice plane , as long as you get used to not having a dme gauge for that you can use the avidyne screen that tells the distance to the nearest vors so it is sort of a dme gauge . I not 100 percent sure but I think it can be operated by a single pilot.

Hi all I figured out how to put the rex/milviz wx guage in the vc on the 441 mu2 and lear 35 install the guage in these planes per the instructions then edit the rxp guage in vc use the 2nd line of the wx weather popup the one without the 2D part. then replace the pop up reality xp with the wx guage and the wx guage will pop up when you click the reality xp guage in VC what this does is run the wx guage screen only inside the reality xp bezel. the only caveat is the #s at the top of the screen for tilt and range are not visible but all the depicted clouds are. this also works if you have real airs v2 turbine with the F1 gtn 750 you can use the 2nd gtn as the weather radar and the range and tilt numbers are visible. its a neat workaround until DEVs incorporate this in there planes

Yes we are because care a not )0 has the gtn looking fine .. at dawn or dusk and for someone to suggest we mess with when its dark is absurd..... I like these plane cuz they are well modeled systems and ez on frame rate and they are still good looking and fun to fly although the gtn is dark I find the learjet has the darkest. Pleas fix this for us loyal customers ... If the gtn was brighter and consider these birds even more competitive to real air or a2a

Hi .. An update..... during install for some reason gtn unit 1 was set to nav 2 radios. I am pretty sure this was the issue . I changed it to nav 1 using the f1 config tool just now. But tonight is MU 2 night so I will report back later delta Oscar gulf out

Thanks I know where the nav 2 radio is and how it should work but it seems tied to the gtn whatever I put in the gtn nav radio area the same frequency is displayed on the nav radio between the seats ... and if i tune the nav radio between the seats then the frequency changes on the gtn. is there a switch or something that needs to be toggled to switch the radio between the seats to nav 2 ?

I dont think You could swap it out with the RXP weather radar because I think that the rxp bezel is part of the vc panel and not just a "gauge"

So the light maps in the VC would need rework.........probably labor intensive.

I have the gtn 750 in the lear and it is nav 1 radios but the there is no nav 2 radio. is there a way to designate the other radio as nav 2 ?

thanks for the reply Dave. I noticed turning on the overhead light in the conquest helps a bit on an off topic that big empty space below the gtn in the conquest looks like a great place for the f1 650............hint , hint ....

Hello and thanks for your Planes. I own the 441, mu 2, and the Lear 35. I have a question about the brightness of the GTN in these planes VC. I have gone into the F1 configuration module and set VC brightness to 100 in all of these planes. but the gtn still seems a bit dark for my liking. My question , is there any other way I can make the gtn's brighter in my VC's ? besides turning up my monitor brightness.
