I have a pilots eye view with a slightly shakey view, but when i switch to another view, of a close up of certain instruments for example, i have that view set up with no shake. Its all in the manual and the youtube videos on how to do it.Give it some time, read the manual and watch the videos. Don't be put off by peoples comments about ezdok. Found this post http://forum.avsim.net/topic/113017-reverse-thurst/ where it says, quote: "The correct procedure for use of reverse is as follows:1) Deploy at touch down to either reverse idle, detent 1 (standard reverse (about 70%N1) or detent 2 (full reverse around 95% N1) as runway conditions demand......."Hope this helps.
