I currently have ORBX global activated in my scenery library along with several other sceneries, aerosoft Dublin's runway lights don't work but yet the terminal lights and lights around the building do work. I have tried disabling all sceneries including orbx and only left Dublin activated but it still doesn't work. I also have GSX installed.

I'm considering purchasing the Flight1 ATR for FSX SE. My question is: does the FSX version work with FSX SE? Thanks!

I just tried that and used the settings that I originally had and the results are still the same :/ The two entries are still there aswell for the graphics card.

Back in October 2015, I purchased a new PC for flightsim. Specs are: -I7 4790K -8GB RAM -Zotac GTZ750Ti 2GB - CIT 500W PSU -ASUS H81 -1TB HDD -Windows 7 Home Premium After two months, I got white dots all over my screen while playing flight simulator, I returned my card and was told that it was faulty. I received a replacement a few weeks later and installed the card. On the original card, I was getting a decent amount of FPS with heavy scenery and addons. Even on integrated the performance was still pretty good, my replacement card is now giving me 20FPS less then what I was getting on the original card! I noticed in my FSX settings that under display device there was two entries for the GTX750Ti. A screenshot is attached with this post. I`ve recently been looking around for a Slinsgby firefly with a VC for FSX, there is none available so I was wondering if it is possible to create a VC from scratch or even using an existing one and modifying it to replicate the cockpit of the firefly. I have no experience with using modelling software but am willing to learn. Can anyone give me any idea where I could learn how to make one? Ok, I`ll re-insert it later, could the card be recognized by the computer but not be performing correctly? I`ll do that if all else fails :(

Just tried that, no change, I deleted the shaders folder but not the shaders10 folder

I deleted the cfg and it wiped all my settings, so it must have been. I have "preview directx10" unchecked, do you know of any good driver cleaners?

My GPU, a Zotac GTX750Ti 2GB was returned because it was faulty, I got a replacement the other day and installed it, the FPS is now worse then integrated, the performance of the 750 before I had to return it was running considerably well, I`ve noticed in my FSX settings windows there is two entries GTX750Ti: GTX750Ti 0.0 GTX750Ti 0.1 The second entry didn't exist when I had the original card, so I don`t understand why this is happening. I never uninstalled the drivers from the original 750 and after I got the replacement I installed the latest drivers again, so could the system be detecting that there is 2 sets of drivers involved? I run FSX SE and up to a couple of days ago, I was getting very smooth performance with addons such as the PMDG 777 with addon scenery. All of a sudden, I got an out of memory message while using the 777 with flytampa Toronto. A few hours after taking off from Boston on another occasion, white dots appeared all over my screen. I was forced to turn off my PC and lose my flight. Same thing happened again today. I downloaded MSI afterburner and turned fan speed to max. There is still lag while flying especially on the ground. Here are my specs: -I7 4790K (4ghz and 4.4 turbo) -Zotac GTX750Ti 2GB -8GB RAM -1TB HDD

I`ll probably stick to 8gb RAM as FSX doesn`t use anymore then 4. My budget is 830 euros so the I7 4790K would be the top of my budget along with the GTX750Ti. My budget is 830 euros (950 USD), so the 4790K is the best I can get for my budget. Probably stick to 8gb ram since FSX only uses 4 at most.

I bought a boxed version of FSX Deluxe years ago. Since I don`t have a DVD drive on my new PC, can I save money of buying one and download the FSX trial and enter my FSX activation key or would it be not valid? Thanks.

I`m building a new PC for FSX. Some people have been suggesting me to get a Xeon over the 4690K. I`m not planning on overclocking but I`m leaving that option open by getting the 4690K. I personally think the Xeon is intended for CAD and modelling applications and not FSX? Should I just stick to the 4690K despite me probably not doing an OC? Thanks.

Hi all, I`ve recently started using payware products such as Aerosofts Airbus X A318/A319 addon. I have to say its an excellent addon but I`m struggling on the Flightplan page on the MCDU. Lets take Boston to Toronto for example: From Rfinder: KBOS SID BOSOX V1 GRIPE V419 WITNY V146 ALB V14 BEEPS V84 UMAGY V14 GEE V84 BUF STAR CYYZ I`m just wondering how do I find the SID that corresponds with BOSOX? The same can be said for the STAR that corresponds with waypoint BUF, how can I find the right arrival? I`ve watched alot of tutorials on youtube but none explain how I can find the right one. This may sound like a stupid question but how can I find it? Thanks In Advance!

I`ve been told by a few friends that CFG tweaking is key for a better performance in FSX. After doing some research, I`ve read about different tweaks that can be applied. The only thing that I am sure that I will try is the highmefix which seems to be essential. Here are my specs: 2gb RAM Intel Pentium E5500 2.8ghz ATI Radeon HD4350 Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit What other tweaks should I make? Thanks in advance

The minimum system requirements on the blackbox website are: cpu: 3ghz RAM:2gb HD: 1gb OS: XP,VISTA OR 7 VGA (graphics): 256mb 3d hardware accelerated My PC Specs are: CPU: 2.8ghz RAM: 2gb OS: Windows 7 VGA (graphics): ATI Radeon HD4350 512mb Would this be enough to use the blackbox A330 at decent enough frame rates? Also, how does this compare to the CLS A330/A340? Thanks

Ok, Thanks! I think I`ve seen the before. The problem is, I can`t figure out how to drag the PFD/ND onto the 2nd screen. Do you know how to do this? I tried using a tutorial that I was given but I couldn`t figure it out. I don`t want to buy FSPanel studio as it would be a once off use. Sorry about this, I`m new to the simming community. Thanks
