  7. longest 737(700er) route is flown by ana from mumbai to tokyo(narita). privatair operates from stavanger to houston (10h 40mins) on an 737-700BBJ. <<<<I don't know if that's an active route.
  8. I believe the doors are not electrically powered and they can open the door manually, and as for the the airstairs I believe there is an auxiliary power for them.
  9. Well I disengage/engage the auto-pilot once I feel comfortable, depending on weather. For example I know a real life captain who disengaged auto pilot at 8000 ft(weather was very good, clear skies....)

  14. The 777-300er range is 14,490 km. While the b777-200lr has a range capable up to 17,395 km, and can fly to Singapore from New york. Also the cargo capacity on the b77w is greater than the 200lr version. For more information visit here.
