Can someone list the additional changes that need to be made to Nvidia Inspector once we choose the P3d SLI option? I cannot seem to find the post or posts that I had found earlier. thank you

What were these driver issues as I am getting this occasional issue that goes to a Black screen. This happens even on desktop without any flightsim running. "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered."

Good question but I do not know the answer for sure, I have a Titan and it has 1 Hdmi port and a display port and my guess would be the hdmi is the main port. I will look into this further, thank you again

Hello Maarten - I have just downloaded your program and I am excited to try it but I am having a frustrating time trying to launch the program. Every time I start the program it starts but the screen loads up off the desktop as if I have a second monitor, but I do NOT have a second monitor! I have a spare monitor I just installed temporarily and moved the SimlauncherX startup screen to my main monitor but no matter what I do the startup screen always loads up in the area of no desktop. Is there a setting I could change? Thank you for your time and for this program. Nick

Web I finally had a chance to add the second Titan and I have to say that I am very happy with the results. After clearing up the fluctuating fps issue I added the titan and chose the nvida P3d profile. Loaded up P3 and I loaded the same saved flight I used to monitor the fps repair and did the same flight. Remember I am using a 4k at 3840 x 2160 before sli 27-30fps With SLI 30-33fps Even though the fps did not gain but 10%, the micro stutters have all but disappeared with sli. The before GPU was at 75+ usage, the after sli GPU usage never got higher than 55 for both. The conditions for both were NGX 737, Rex 4 with Softclouds, I did not use any outside weather package but I had P3 thunderstorms weather. Also my settings are just about the same as Ron's 4k settings on his website. Orbx and Vector, and also 3rd party Ai traffic was used. I did not load up a high scenery city. I am very happy with the results and I am glad I found a 2nd Titan at a very reasonable price. I hope this helps.

Ron - I was able to check my graphic settings and they were way off, reset them to your 4kbut I backed down the autogen 1 notch. I killed all tasks running in the background Success, 27-30fps constant. I am now about to add the second titan for sli. Thank you! see above, thank you again

Thanks, my monitor is a 4k @ 30Hz, I did start another thread as I did not want to piggyback in this thread. I have always used your settings so I will need to see if I have made changes to them. I also just thought of another problem I may have is I have updated my security program and I have a suspicion that it is running in the background.

After seeing the latest video from Robert there is one thing I just noticed that I had never seen before in any of his videos, the fps held steady within a couple of fps. There must be something wrong with my settings or a background app that may be running as my fps set at unlimited settings are fluctuating at least 10-15fps as in 25 to 40 fps at all times even without any cloud coverage! I am not on Avsim often so I may have missed something about a tweak? I thought this issue was a normal problem we all may have! Anyone have any ideas. I did get the second titan but I did not have a chance to install it last weekend. I hope I have more time to work on my own things this weekend. I will let you know if I succeed with the install.

Hello - I have installed the demo version and I am having a problem with understanding some of what I read. 1. install was straight forward 2. Main window opens with validating License in yellow. 3. Select Cameras, Management window opens but unlike your manual the window is completely empty and not loaded with generic camera views as listed in the manual. 4. Closed FSISERVER 5. Started P3dv2.5 and then start FSISERVER once again with the desktop shortcut which then opens the Main Opus window, this time DEMONSTRATION mode is now activated. Select Camera and opens camera management window which is still empty and not like your manual!!! 6. Nervousness sets in because I do not know what to do from this point forward..... I decided to go to Youtube thinking you would have a step by step instruction video on getting started and I could not find any! Any help would be appreciated Nick

Yes I was also thinking about the 970 but I just purchased second Titan Superclocked Signature unit used this morning for a very reasonable price so I will SLI with what I have at this time. I will see how these work in SLI.

I am in a similar situation, I have a first generation Titan and I am ready to move to SLI but I am not sure if the 1st generation in SLI will improve current stats on a 4k as I am using one. Or do I sell the titan I have and move to Titan Blacks in SLI or bite the bullet and purchase a pair of Titan X and SLI..... Any input?
