Hi Bert. I have written you maybe a few times in the last 10-15 years. I am 66 yrs old and the V.A. has given me some bad news. Fighting Cancer for 11 years now. I will be not able in 3 weeks after surgery to do anything but HOPEFULLY my new computer and FSX acceleration and MSFS on the SAME DRIVE AND on the SAME COMPUTER. The question I have is not TO complicated. Having the TDS on the MSFS and having FSX the Reality XP 530 and 430 work fine. BUT the F1 GTN 750 -650 Databases are not as updated as the TDS in MSFS thus they NO LONGER work. Somewhere, which I cannot find, someone brought this up EXACTLY about the Databases being different and problems. But this was in the RXP GTN forums?? I would purchase the RXP GTN's which most people seem to like better anyway, but I Kinda think its not gonna work. I took ALL the folders in AppData, Programs, Programs x86 etc... on and on and saved them off to the side and put the old Garmin folders on my other desktop which ONLY has Fsx Acceleration on it, and figured this has got to work. Switching between the two different GARMINS all together. Never worked. HELP!!!! you are the expert. I KNOW you have GOT to have MSFS and MAYBE??? dealt with this, Thanks, Keith. I am signed into AVSIM. I have NO IDEA how you reply???? have enough sense to NOT publicly put my email out.

Hi Keith,
If you are still flying FSX, it is indeed time to switch from the now unsupported F1 GTN to the much better RXP GTN. This should work just fine with the TDS GTN in MSFS. Having said that, I have not touched FSX in two years and only fly in MSFS now. What makes you go back to FSX, now that you have MSFS up and running?

After years of wanting to "PM" to get help from members I just accidentally figured it out. I was hoping I could get the lighting upgrade you made for the C210, I have been following your posts, starting at the rxp sight for at least 10 years. As I remember I believe you are Canadian. I am 60 know and have stopped flying in the real world as me and my wife of 36 yrs are raising our autistic grandson and I am going thru the V.A. with non-curable leukemia. Still miraculously HOPE to return to flying. I own every Carenado aircraft plus most Alabeo. All the A2a collection, and love the Aerosoft PBY and Twin Otter. Also the Milviz B55 with the GTN750 upgrade. Do you have a lighting fix for the Milviz B55?? Rig is GTX645 4 gb, 16 gb memory, 2 monitors, elite avionics, Ch pedals and throttles, Saitek TPM and Cessna Trim wheel plus a pad system with everything available. Need to upgrade rig but it will be another $2000 not ready yet. Looking for another Elite AP 2000 as mine is getting worn out. Flight simming is EVERY bit as satisfying as real flying as we deal with problems at a desk, try driving to the airport and spending half a day and big bucks and never leaving the ground. Thanks keith, " in California, NOT Los Angeles keithjuliot@verizon.net grew up in the 60's in Minnesota and 50's Washington State.

Just thinking again,...... I have the rxp430 and the rxp530 without the crossfill, as I do not need it the way I use it and I have the GTN750 but do not use it much as it creates jitters on my rig, especially at the airports. I use mostly the Megascenry 2.0 with Treeline in the 11 states I mostly fly. I have all the Alaska Scenery available from Orbx and all the airports available, but almost always get a FSX crash before end of flight. To much on system. I have managed a couple hours with like the Carendo C185. The rxp units are almost black in the C210 and I read "I think" that you fixed this? Thanks Keith
