Thanks again for all the WONDERFUL input. You guys are encouraging. I have all the Flight FX aircraft. Never use them YET. Noticed alot of not essential buttons not working. Not an issue. Was not sure of there Market. I did not know if they were BLACKSQUARE caliber or not. Flew the Honda jet once and the SF50 vision jet, which I love maybe a half a dozen times so far. Getting old and have alot of property so much of my time is spent on that. I was flying in 2004 and grounded myself because of medications,,which I no longer take. I do not think my Chemo Pills are on the list. I still have plans to buy an airplane and fly again. Got my Sport License 20yrs ago and spend all my money on 5 grown kids and 14 grand children. Flight simulation is therapeutic and is excellent brain exercise on the brain for REAL flight training. My instructor was suspicious and when my flying was flawless, he thought maybe I was some kind of FAA "plant" or something at first. He made sure he told me he did NOT believe in simulators. SOOOO I WAS going to show him WHY but did not.

The money is hard to imagine. Not really off topic..a young 22 year nebraska farm girl makes 1/4 million from youtube. Her family has been farming in Nebraska since the Mammoths roamed. Nice girl married a farmer from Minnesota. I grew up in Dassel Minnesota Hwy 12 50 miles west of Minneapolis in the 50's and 60's. It is a Job to create content BUTTTT they do make money. I do not think 20,000 purchasers of Carenado that have had blood pressure treatment is a good testimony. We can't all be liars.

Have 2020 on hanger page...Carenado D18 with that incredible addon package at flightsim to making one of my favorites below all the Blacksquare I own. Carenado V35b, fair. Beechcraft Staggerwing, fair. Had ALL this stuff in FSX. Carenado B55?? not sure why when the Blacksquare are off the charts. Carenado C182RG2 OK. Carenado C182Q ok. Carenado CT182T. I guess I got it because for Synthetic vision in FSX it was $30 just for that only to find out it was only for 1 year...FUNKY. CarendoCT210N. ..my opinion...OK only. Carenado M20R just happen to like it. Carenado PA28 181 Archer 2, Not sure why when I own all the JUST FLIGHT PIPERS. Carenado YMF-5 can be fun at times. Carenado C337. I think this was the FIRST incredibly realistic VC ever in flight sim 2004,,,,for LOOKS. Carenado T207 Stationair. Just like it. SOOOO... I still do not completely BAG on Carenado BUT.....If they refunded me $2500 for frustration it would be a good start. I think I had the V35 in Microsoft 2000 or 2002. I still have CD's of MSFS 95, MSFS 98, MSFS 2020 with the concord...MSFS2002, 2 copies of MSFS2004 MSFS FSX and later found a CD of Acceleration years later. Found out my Uncle volunteered at the thrift shop in Minneapolis that had the ONE copy I found. I never went threw Carenado Dek-Tox..I hear it can be pretty rough. Lots of testimonial recoveries.

As always.....you guys are like popping a teen age pimple. My frustration is popped. Thanks so much for the community of over a couple dozen years. And thanks to Bert Pieke who Carenado owes 90% of all there profits over the last 20 years. He and some other VERY SHARP simmers have made Carenado's aircraft pretty good ....WITH there fixes. Carenado....you have INCREDIDBLE LOOKING AIRCRAFT, and thanks for that. You have word not allowed off 1000's of flightsimmers paying $10000's of dollars for non working aircraft. I would not doubt if it reaches over $500,000. AND STILL????????????????????????????????????????????

If they had posted how much does not function in 2020 but all works in 2024 I would NEVER have spent the money. I am quite upset about it as it NEVER should have been offered in MSFS2020 in the marketplace. The DG does not function AT ALL. Mouse is DEAD on the 2 dials. The same goes for the VOR. The Autopilot is non-functional and the breakers do not function. I can understand in 2020 the breakers not working. I watched a video of the airplane someone bought in 2024 and ALL these items worked fine. I have been buying Carenado aircraft since they FIRST started as a company. VERY used to )(#*&^)($&()...... I thought that all ended......WRONG!!!

I have been watching "Island Sim Pilot" for quite some time and this is how I discovered this add-on. It is a must!. I have been CONSIDERING the paid version as money is not the issue, but it seems that I cannot find anyone who says it's worth it?. There is a MAJOR problem with "Bing Latest Version" in pretty much the whole midwest US at least from Illinois,Iowa, Minnesota. If you have the free version, go to KCTK, Canton Illinois. It's just about where to the west is a dark green and to the east is a tan.When you choose the airport pan out a little and the difference is black and white. I tried "Google Map" and the color is VERY consistent. I would give my color settings, but with so much difference in setups??? If it helps, Red -10 Green -9 Blue -6 Brightness -10 Contrast 0 Saturation 12, thats plus 12. WOW!! the first time I got it dialed in it was like a whole new simulator. I have used the "Bing Latest Version" in other areas and it worked fine. I would be GLAD to pay $60 for a year...IF...IF ...someone boasted on it. I STILL do NOT throw away money. I did that ALOT in FSX.

Being Elderly and doing Flight Simulation Before actually Real life flying, we all, who do this hobby know that 95% of flight simulation is tracking down problems and finding fixes. Remember how a Certain company starting with the letter "C" , EVERY aircraft had to be fixed. Eventually the aircraft would be....OK or just put away. We spent ALOT of money back then. Reading all the posts its obvious its NOT DX11 or DX12. Its not settings. It is most likely server related. Many say this morning it did not work and this afternoon it did. It would be questionable if ONE person said this. The forums expose problems and it is HOW we fix things and come to logical conclusions. It, most likely is known by Asobo and they are NOT going to ignore this. I JUST experienced this for the first time yesterday as I have only had MSFS installed for a month. Flew low and slow 3G8 Geneseo Illinois, IT WAS UNBEARABLE. So I went to KTNP Twenty Nine Palms California and everything was great. I re-installed my FSX Acceleration on my new computer as I have around $4000 worth of software for it. I use the Orbx and the whole western half of the US in Megascenery. The coloring of Illinois megascenery is this incorrect green and when I flew MSFS in the same areas it is THE EXACT same green??? I turned on FSX after being frustrated with the NEW MSFS problem. I enjoyed using my A2a "STICK" aircraft with no problems. It takes 10 minutes to set up between YOKE and STICK. I flew the MSFS Bell 206 low, and this is where I saw UNBEARABLE tiling problems. Being completely frustrated having JUST spent $4500 on a new computer and 2 months setting up software and hardware...finding this forum was a RELIEF. THANKS TO ALL for your help and input. I believe it will and HAS to be fixed as it is almost unusable in its worst state of bad TILING. Rockliffe, I have seen you in forums since WAY back when. Read MANY of your responses. Bert Pieke was the fixer of so much back then. Also I MISS Reality XP GNS as the one in MSFS is GREATLY lacking.

I really would love the 120hz monitors instead. Where did you get it. Tiger Direct is the only place i can think of. Also i did NO research on exactly what was available in the 3D. Always wondered if it sythisized itself. Looks fantastic. The resolution ended up typical..1900X1080. My last VIZIO was 1900X1200 and the difference is not that noticeable. 60hz with I think 5ms speed. The hp's online were 7ms and to get to 3ms or 1ms the price doubled and so did the pixels.

60 years old. Incurable cancer and taking chemo at the VA..yuk!!! my vizio 26" had to much dust on the back i did not see and got to hot I think. It works but only stays viewable for a couple seconds. It is 5 years old and was fantastic.My second monitor is a 15" HP which is ??? 10years old and works great. OH WELL..glad I found this forum. You guys are fantastic. Late at night trying to make up my mind and best buy in southern calif has about everything in stock depending where you want to drive. Not far for me to many best buys. Having some trouble with the refresh rates though. Have a stock HP windows 8 that I changed from 4 to 16gb and took out the GTX630 and complaned so HP gave me a GTX 645 4gb which they said cannot be configured to work...read forums and wallah. It is an OEM so have to stick with the original drivers that I found on the internet. Tried to upgrade using Nvidia.com only to corrupt, causing my controls to shutoff randomly. Microsoft original sidewinder force feedback, ch yoke, ch pedals, ch throttle, elite avionics, saitek cessna trim wheel ( awesome must have ) and TWO saitek TPM's. only use one. I got the other one from the engineers at mad catz for research I did for them in mechanical design. I changed out the power to a Corsair 650 watt ( makes NO NOISE ) so a decent rig and runs all A2a at 30fps put the Carendo Phenom is a frame killer and the 206 with garmin 1000 is also. I have all the Alabeo, all the Carendo, All the A2a aircraft and recomend the aeorsoft twin otter, the aerosoft pby catalina, RealAir's Duke's and the Lancair. Cannot be dissapointed on these. I Build my own furniture so custom built a FSX solid maple elaborate cabinet the changes configurations a dozen ways and folds into an office with printers etc..on and on. Weighs about 800lb so getting behind it to take out the cords is no fun but looks great in my house. I only have exactly 25"width to work with so only some of the 27" work. Samsung has an LED that seems to fit the bill??? There is an ASUS also that I read in ?? not sure but it was a Sim-something and it went on and on about brands...It is the refresh rates or Vertical stutering and Horizontal tearing that are annoying when panning quickly or turning on taxi. I have messed with Nvidia inspector etc.. no luck. Hoping the monitor was some of the problem.. Thanks

Make sure your reading it correctly, 100th's,1000th's, and 10,000th's

NOT USING the IAS but everything else. IFR flight real time, real weather Kapv to KSBA Santa Barbara. 16,0000 ele. Landing conditions 1/4 mile fog 200 ft ceiling. Excellent landing. SOOOoo all the autopilot works quite well. I did not use the IAS yet as it would be my last test.. total 2 hours flying time. Tested the IAS 10min after buying that night, seemed functional but not enough time yet. With EZ dok camera and all the other goodies it was a VERY good experience. This is going to get some hours for sure. It is not agitating or, well its ok I will eventually use it, no this one is fun!! keith

I was having so much trouble with my mouse wheel that I was beginning to think I was experiencing a flaw. A spec of WD-40 proved that somewhat wrong, but it was a busy 1 hour flight testing the AP the whole time. Do not have the IAS airspeed concept completely understood in that it is with pitch that speed is adjusted. What happens in straight and level, etcc..... on and on.. NOT SURE. YET. but it seems,,,SEEMS to work flawlessly to me so far. As I thought truly by first impressions that if I was Carenado and missed so much on the Seneca with so many customers THIS being the issue..( ARE YOU GOING TO START PUMPING THESE OUT AND WE ARE THE BETA TESTERS ) ??? that I could see right away ( doing this for over 20 yrs ) that it was a labor of Love..SOUNDS wow!! it is a FULL and functional plane. So much to it. and little things, window shades shut like captain sim..DOOR MANAGER WORKS!!! Now only Pilatus Real pilots are going to catch engine parimeters etc.. Keith

p.s being positive on this one. Took a 1 hour flight with an ILS landing AP seems to be functioning fine EXCEPT the altitude set wasn't working....my wireless mouse wheel needed a spec of oil.. fixed it... Started Chemo with a uncurable cancer at the VA last week and almost bit the dust. SOOOO.....started this with a positive light.. Easy to get tired of being a non volunteer beta tester....gracious keith one more thing the backup altimeter is in 100, 1000, 10,000's was a little perplexed for a while

I have every Carenado aircraft, fs2004 and all but maybe 3 of fsx. Bought the Seneca a little while back with to be honest at first disappointmented. BUT THIS...have had it 30 minutes, have not even flown it..it has numerous 2d pop-ups that will completely surprise you. I am getting 30fps and that is a very good sign. I installed the RXPGNS530 from THERE setup available in the aircraft file. Under Carenado in fsx there is plenty of documentation. BUT THE GRAPHICS ARE UNREAL..FAR BETTER THEN ANYTHING THEY HAVE DONE. I OWN ALL the A2a products, All of Captain sim products, Aerosoft Twin otter, All Alabeo products and this is VERY Very impressive. NOT worried about the list of fixits to come. I am a VERY meticulous artist, THIS ONE SHOWS A LOT OF LOVE, ATTENTION AND CARE....... well ttocs, that was my guess of Carenado's thinking. If there was any thought put to it.. I have traded out the sounds. It is hard to endure for a enjoyable flight.

This was quick and simple, but it works. Tested it changing to com 2 for ATIS. It shows up on there radios also which shows that it is only the click spot that was overlooked. You can change the size or whatever. I just added Window 06 so that is all that has to be done. I have windows 8 and works fine. I have talked to you in the past..years ago and thought you owned the rxp products because of your flawless knowledge, from Canada if I am remembering correctly. I lived in Moorehead Minnesota as a child.. anyway. As long as it takes, ( or ever ), if carenado responds, you could about list all your updates in your own book and have this fixed in a couple weeks. Wish I had your knowledge and understanding of FSX.. if it wasn't for forums.......... I will sit and read A2a forums for 1/2 a day at a time, really helps. The audio panel DOES NOT WORK...try making a small popup using the stock MSFSX radios, audio panel...Have not tried it yet but with a NON operating audio panel this would seem to be a problem from that

Dern!!!!! I thought I was going to be the first one to write about this...oh well.....what I am going to do is make a small popup using the msfsx stock radio. I have done it for the A2a b-17 etc....till they fix it. Also I was, WAS extremely disappointed in the model AT FIRST, but I took about a 2 hour flight and not to bad. Having the realair duke turbine and the realair duke V.2 it feels like Carenado got away with a crime.. Looking at it objectively they are THEM and can't say where they are going with there products and A2a and Realair Just seem to care ALOT more about what the customer gets for there money..OH WELL. I have every Carenado aircraft except a couple. The C337 and the C210, even the old C152 are fantastic. The C182T glass I NEVER use and the CT206 I love. But the CT206 glass is a frame rate disappointment...It does have the ablility to program flight plans within the G1000 but with the rxpGNS430 and 530, LinkGPS=On I really don't need it.. The panel is VERY HARD to see, does not seem to be at all like there other aircraft and the SOUND is made to be like ( WITH HEADPHONES ON ONLY ) if you wear your headphones and not the external speakers it is OK. I am sure that this is what they will do with all there future aircraft...A2a had a sale this week and I bought everything they had. I waited till Alabeo and carenado had sales and bought everything they had.. DO NOT have acceleration so the R22 is NOT in my future....DERN!! YEA, I think the price is on the border of maxed for what you get, but that is there going price for most of there aircraft.. IF YOU ONLY HAD $40 dollars to spend and DO NOT have the RealAir products you are VERY MUCH missing out on a real treat..there gauges are incredible, VERY fluid and extremely detailed like you could just scratch the glass.......Thanks Keith
