I am using V3.1 file 3.1.2.15831. I only just switched from FSX to P3D a few months ago. I downloaded the Professional Client like it said on the LM P3D website. Now i am able to start but it crashes on me in seconds. The vehicle area with the default F-22 is black and i am not able to click on anything. I have restarted, done the AV exclusion, updated WIN 7 Home Prem. My PC specs are: 27" HP Z1 All-in-one 2TB SSD, GTX 980M, 32GB Mem. IntelR XenonR CPU E3 1245 V2 @3.40Ghz Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit "Updating Prepar3D v3 When minor updates are released for Prepar3D v3, there are now two options available to update Prepar3D v3. The recommended method is simply updating using the Client installer. This is the quickest and least error prone. You can also update by doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of the entire application, but often that is not necessary or desired" That's basically what i did.

Good day, just wanted to know how to update P3D to v3.1 without having to re-download and reinstall the addons. Is there a certain way to update or install a certain part for v3.1? Thank you.

For P3D? I tried Installing the FlyDuab 737 and it didnt show up on my A/C library

Good day, noticed that when i taxi in wet weather with the T7, the wet tire tracks don't linger like they do on the 737. You don't see the wet tire marks for a distance behind the plane as you taxi. Is this something that would be update to match the NGX? Besides that, great products. Hopefully when the 74 Big Bird comes out, there would be an immersion for that.

Hirdy yes, The new 737 MAX, i figured few years from now when it's racked up some hours with the airlines.

When i tell my FO to leave the Flaps up for taxi, he/she does that.

I see Boeing has launched their new aircraft to compete with the A320 Neo. Is this something down the road since PMDG already made the 737NGX? Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Down the road after all these great immersions, can we hope to see an immersion for PMDG's 747 V2? I firmly believe that the 737 immersion is just the start of many great things from FSFX. Happy Holidays.

Wow....Yeah i was amazed at the extra detail on my first 737 flight with the new immersion.

Im sure you are still hung over from 737 Immersion but was wondering. No one so far really done icing or icing conditions but after seeing the 737 i firmly believe you guys can accomplish this. Again, wishful thinking but if it is possible then i can only imagine. Happy Holidays.

Switched a few weeks ago. With a good computer i'd say go for it because it is night and day between FSX and P3D

Hi everyone, I uninstalled SODE via the Control Panel Menu and i downloaded and tried to install the newest version. I checked my pc to make sure everything was removed but the newest version wont let me install, giving the message that i have to uninstall the previous version which i already have done. I have restarted pc, closed all AV, re-downloaded the SODE from the site given, still nothing and there is no sign of SODE besides the new installer on my pc. Anyone had this issue? Thanks.

Hi folks, yeah the forum at Orbx helped. Basically i needed to do an insertion point and the Orange FTX, Blue OLC had to be arranged in certain ways and all non-Orbx addons had to be above the Orange FTX. I have to see if after a few days or a week or two i have to add the scenery back from the addon folder due to them being removed from the library. Thanks to those who helped. Happy Holidays. Good day, I have been able to install quite a few airports and scenery after i transitioned from FSX to P3D but what i notice is that sometimes after a few days or so my scenery library is depleted. Most FSDT and Flightbeam airports are there as well as those with P3D installers but the rest i have to add back into the library. I have done this a few times already and it seems that every i install a scenery and use FTX Vector i lose my scenery and have to add them back. I've searched and found that this has happened to others but no fix. Any help is appreciated. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Do you still need makeRunways for P3Dv3 and which folder does it go into? I have folders C:/programfilesx86/lockheedmartin/Prepar3D/scenery.cfg I get an error unable to install makeRunways. Thanks

I installed P3Dv3 and clicked to start it. It showed the initial logo like fsx does then i see nothing. I have it on as administrator. Is it an anti virus issue? I have removed fsx and everything, CCleaner and started fresh. Any ideas please?

Hi, question from a soon-to-be first time P3Dv3 user. I have a lot of add-ons for FSX over the years and today after much research currently have P3Dv3 downloading right now. Should be complete for installment tomorrow. Is it possible to just copy and paste most of my Add-ons from FSX/Addon files to P3D/Addon files and just activate them or are we looking at a long couple of days and bandwidth re-downloading and installing files some over a GB in size? Any information is appreciated and as far as the OOM's i hope we have seen the last with P3D as it matures. Can you just copy and paste or is there a certain way or a step by step. Thanks again.

I have all the great PMDG products for fsx but was wondering if the 747 and MD 11 will be on P3D? Ive looked on the site and forum. Sorry if already brought up. Thanks again for the great aircraft.
