Meshtool Tutorial - Part 1
This is X-Plane MeshTool tutorial part 1. This first video is a bit extense because I explain the tool, the features, the commmands, the softwares needed, how to obtain the datas and how to build the script file with polygons. Observation: The trees in the island are part of the scenery, not the mesh, and covered part of the landclass, sorry for that. There are two other landclass commands that I not mentioned: terrain_Military and terrain_Cemetery. In the next video: How to use shapefiles and combine them with polygons to create a scenery

[Beta Preview] DC-6 for X-Plane
If I need to manage the mixture levers with the mouse, there is a way to move all togheter or do I need to adjust one by one? An error here can be dangerous. There is a calibrator in this aircraft for the engines or it is made looking at the, hmmmm... "monitors"?

[Beta Preview] DC-6 for X-Plane
Do you use SASL or GIZMO, or you developed your own plugin? Or it's pure C++?

[27APR15] Ah- that pesky memory leak- and a few other small items...
DC-6 entering in beta-test is the best news for me from a month.

[03MAR15] PMDG's First Product for XPlane...
Well, I bought X-Plane when it was released in Steam and I was very disapointed at the time. X-Plane is a certified simulator, and this was it's goal until some time, when FSX was discontinued they advanced in the portion of enthusiast in flight simulating. Configuring X-Plane is harder than FSX, and the FSX has advantages in systems simulation as far as X-Plane doesn't have yet so many 3rd parties developers than FSX. But in simulation itself X-Plane is better in all ways, maybe not so fun because of it. the CFP is much more advanced and the efects of the weather in the aircraft is much more realistic. Fly with crosswinds with an external camera and you will see the plane "skating" diagonally with the efect of the Yaw Damper. Ice in the wings mean stall, landing gears down at high speed and they will fly away, the same for flaps and slats, with all of this impacting the aircraft performance. And lot of things that you need to pay to have in FSX you get for free in X-Plane, especially the night enviroment.

[03MAR15] PMDG's First Product for XPlane...
I've changed my mind about old time planes the first day I flight the 732. It's much more fun and difficult, the SIDs and STARs are nightmares and you are allways busy doing something. I usually ask for vectors during approach, but I've tried some STARS and this is the kind of aircraft that will test your skills and knowledge about charts.

[03MAR15] PMDG's First Product for XPlane...
Wow, a very complex aircraft, four throttles, four mixture controls, VOR/DME, ADF. It really looks great!

777-200 Mach .1029 bug?
Just a curiosity, the triple 7 can resist (even for a little time) to a Mach 1? Or it will desintegrate with the sonic boom?

Basically: "I'm thinking we will show, but don't know when, what we think we were showing but we didn't"... Not seeing very promissing.

XPlane Development Status Thread [Updated 12SEP14]
I didin't fly it, but I don't like the fact that they made de aircraft based upon the original release, it's pretty cool if you want to simulate a 60's or 70's flights, but I think that an aircraft with this configuration cannot be able to get a certificate today. They could add an optional FMC.

Monstrous Headwinds!
A little more windspeed and you should be like that seaguls that stops in the air just having fun.

XPlane Development Status Thread [Updated 12SEP14]
A good ATR 72 will be great! But is a shame that X-Plane doesn't have a descent 737 until now.

XPlane Development Status Thread [Updated 12SEP14]
Hahahahha. But seriously. A misterious picture, a screenshot of a small part of the pannel... I'm not a costumer yet, since I don't have FSX, but all this mistery is killing me. We need more quality aircrafts for X-Plane. Thanks Rodrigo Rossi

Transparency just above the autopilot area.
It's not a hole, it's just a empty folder over the pannel.
