I've been using this app for months with no issues. I have 1100 hours in my logbook and I don't even use the in-game logbook view anymore. The dev is very responsive too if you have any issues or questions. FlightLog Analyzer - HomePage

Any smart people here have a step-by-step on making the swap from Asobo to WT G3X? I saw a mod on fs.to, but it's greek to me. Looks like it's adding a whole new circuit... SWS Vans RV-14 G3X Replacement for Microsoft Flight Simulator | MSFS

I just wanted to come back to this thread and give some props to the FlightLog Analyzer app. I tried it a few days ago, but got an error. I emailed support and in a few days I was given an update that solved my issue. I have a large log, over 1100 flights since 2020 and performance was great. Well worth checking out if you want to see all your flights and map them out.

Hi, how are you sure it's working? I don't see any FPS counters. I've tried Reshade as of a few weeks ago and it wasn't working with FG for me. I had to goto another tool called DWNLut (lauralex/dwm_lut: Apply 3D LUTs to the Windows desktop for system-wide color correction/calibration (github.com)). This applies color correction similar to Reshade LUTs at the display level.

Yes, when I did my logbook from the sim I got an html file with a map of all my flights. Look at my edit, the second link will show you what the map looks like. However, I was trying to run it again today, since I hadn't done this since late 2022 and I can no longer find the logbook on my PC. Not sure if Asobo changed the location or it's stored server-side??

I don't have the link to the original MSFS forums posting for this site, but I've used this website in the past without issues. Texture File Compression

I'm not an expert by any means. But I've done a few livery changes to have the same problem. I use Paint.net (don't hate me, I'm an old man and it's easy). Here are the settings I was told to use: https://ibb.co/LvNWF9G -
Powerlines and Solar Farms Update

YES!!! I have all those addons, pretty close to how I think MSFS should look 🙂 -
Powerlines and Solar Farms Update

I did a flight last night from KMIA to KEYW, following along the Florida Keys at 2500 ft. That was probably the most immersive flight I've had in a long time. Didn't get a screenshot, but the powerlines through the Keys really made the environment come alive. Well done! -
I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but I'll try anyways 🙂 Here's how I manage my Content.xml. Note that I do use Addon Manager to load whatever I need at the time. 1) All of my Community addon folders have specific naming that correlate to naming in my Content.xml. So, A-[KABC]-nameofaddon for airports, S-[LasVegas]-nameofaddon for sceneries (buildings, etc). But also, for my purchased addons that I always want to load before any other freeware, I add an underscore to the folder name. Also I have other naming for things that need to come last (zzz) or first (___) 2) After deleting the Content.xml, I start MSFS. fly, then exit. 3) Go back to Content.xml. open in Notepad++ (required), I select/highlight the section of my Community folders that were added, and goto the menu and select Edit -> Line Operations -> Sort Lines Lexicographically (you can pick whatever you want here based on how you setup your folders). This forces the addons to sort in a way that puts my purchased airports/sceneries first, then freeware, then whatever I need with ZZZ. This results in something like: fs-base-stuff _A-[KABC]-addon _S-[LasVegas]-addon A-[KDEF]-addon S-[LA]-addon zzz-addon 4) Some addons like the payware Meigs seem to need to be loaded at the very top of Content.xml to load properly. I just move that manually to the top and leave it there. I hope this helps.

rex airport textures v zinertek airport textures
sttovo replied to rwy12's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
Hi all!! Instead of being a lurker I finally decided to create an account here. So, here's a big HELLO to all of you! I'm the "Steven" in the email you posted re: the TNCM and Zinertek conflict. While I've only seen this issue with that one addon airport alone, Zinertek have gone above and beyond to help get everything working. I emailed their support team reporting this issue and they sent me a file that corrects the issues with TNCM. Got a response same day and took 2 minutes to drop in and test. All better now. While Rex and Zinertek seems to come down to a personal choice, the fact that Zinertek went above and beyond to help solve an issue with another addon is tops in my book.
