I've been having some trouble with the lighting (shadows?) and pretty much the sun as a whole. As you can see from the link below there's a significant change in lighting just by paning my camera slightly to the left or right. There's like a point whereas if I look east there's extra sunlight, and when I look a bit more to the south it goes away again. All shadows and sun effects just vanishes, or as if there's an extra sun somewhere that pops up and casts sunlight. :s Has anyone else encountered this before and is there a fix? I've been using PTA and ENVTEX but tried reseting to backup and the problem still persists. I've also tried removing P3D completely and reinstalling it. https://imgur.com/a/D4zid

I noticed today when flying out in the early morning, the outside of the NGX stays extremely bright. I am using UT2 for traffic and the AI is dark, but my airplane isn't. I have PTA installed with the Thopat preset. I've attached a few pictures to illustrate my issue. Does anyone have a fix? I was thinking it could have something to do with the specific livery I have used. At night in general, the aircraft is always too bright. Also, when flying through cloud at night with dynamic lighting on, I can't see the clouds with landing lights on (should reflect quite brightly), I use ASCA for clouds and Envtex for everything else. . /

Hi i just installed orbx's PNW and now my Ksea airport lighting isn't fully there, there are no taxiway lights, for Rwy 16R/34L there no approach lighting, center line lighting, end of runway lighting, TDZ lighting or runway lead off lighting and I've looked at the charts and the do have all this lighting at KSEA. whats going on? I'm using P3D v4 and i have your scenery above orbx's. i also had to remove the two orbx KSEA file due to me getting double jetways. i have pics put i'm not sure how i can put them in this post.

Hello, I was hoping that FSLabs spotlight would act like a sort of flashlight, and help me find the aircraft power buttons when starting up cold and dark at night. It seems though, that the spotlights don't work unless the aircraft is powered? Or am I missing something? -
Apart from the fact that the Fuel Tank Selector panel is upside down (just like the real aircraft - makes it simpler to read from the real pilots' seats), just how do you make it visible at night? I have searched everywhere for a switch for the very obvious light, but cannot find it. Does one exist? Also, what is the procedure for changing tank selectors from inboard tanks to outboard tanks and back again? Do I switch ON the cross-feed selector first, then make the tank selection? Just moving the tank selectors from one position to another produces a significant yawing as the engine(s) get an interrupted fuel feed. Thanks in advance for any help. rr -
I have recently been having issues with ORBX Global Base. It was working perfectly until day before when I noticed there was a black texture issue surrounding the 3D lights. I have tried re-installing Global Base yet to no avail. If anyone has been experiencing the same issue or knows the solution please notify me. I have recently been having issues with ORBX Global Base. It was working perfectly until day before when I noticed there was a black texture issue surrounding the 3D lights. I have tried re-installing Global Base yet to no avail. If anyone has been experiencing the same issue or knows the solution please notify me.
