Today I want to watch penguins. But first I have to go to the coast to the Casey settlement What I like is that many people and vehicles are animated. You can even hear the engines Instead of the noisy helicopter, I prefer to approach the penguins by motorboat Throwing stones seems to be fun And I enjoy navigating between the ice floes at over 30 knots We have reached our destination. If you look closely, you can already spot penguins on the ridge above the bow Thanks for viewing

For our flight from Ushuaia to Phoenix Field on Ross Island, we are using our good old Transall in a livery in the colors of the British Antarctic Survey (they don’t use the C-160 in rl, but I think it looks pretty good). The skin is based on the real livery of the BAS Twin Otter, which is used in the Arctic. Despite the (fictitious) additional tanks, we will have to refuel twice. Let the adventure begin. The Beagle Channel always looks impressive Of course we had to fly past Cap Horn The north-western foothills of Antarctica. It's quite impressive what MSFS offers us in this respect But that also exists: an infinite expanse Closer to our destination, things look much more interesting again. However, we are diverted to Casey. The runway at Phoenix Field is unusable (in other words: there was nothing in the Flusi that interested me apart from a barely perceptible runway) Passing McMurdo Sound and Ross Island Short Final Thanks for viewing

Today I dived again back into the 1930s. The Zeppelin is just great fun and after watching a couple of YT videos at my leisure, I can now handle it to some extent. Of course, the King Air doesn't fit in there at all 🙂 Above the Bieler lake Above the Neuchâtel lake Place of the navigator Liquid sustenance keeps the spirit up on these long journeys We got maps of all parts of the world Lake Constance, we have reached the Mainau island Friedrichshafen gradually comes into sight Getting the other zeppelin out, when I try to land doesn't make my landing any easier Done

Detailed Explanation For Fenix A320 vs Fslabs A320 in 2024
Samarth2004 posted a topic in Hangar Chat
Hello everyone , I just wanted a Good, detailed comparison between the fenix a320 and the fslabs a320 x in the current lieu with respect to systems , the way the aircraft flies etc. I currently own the Fenix a320 and is Treat to fly and is extremely detailed but I have always heard that the fslabs gets an upper hand when it comes to systems depth, so I have been inching my way to purschase the fslabs a320 for p3d but I would like one good explanation on why I should I stick onto fenix a320 or switch with the current situation ie with block 2 out and fslabs also starting a switch onto msfs. also I am scheduled to proceed for my type rating in a month or two and was just wondering which would be the best fit for knowledge gain. thanks- 9 replies

Indie developer Ken Hall has recently released his second batch of PNG airstrips. They are available at the ORBX site and are a fantastic way to bring this remote part of the world to life. Susi Air of course does not fly in this part of Papua, but I like the livery, so I was able to convince them to transfer one of their Pilatus planes, which usually operates in the Indonesian part of Papua 🙂 Climb, baby, climb Flying along Papua’s eastern shore. In the distance you can see Umboi Island Over Yalumet. No other plane blocks the runway Thanks for viewing

Here is another video with the latest ASFS build. ASFS is in "Live" Preset Control. This means that ASFS controls everything including weather depiction and air effects. There was a small glitch at takeoff, not sure if it was the scenery (not default KPDX btw), the aircraft, AI traffic, or due to MSFS SU15. In any event, that is the only issue, everything else is buttery smooth. I hope you enjoy the video. Rob

I thought it was time to change my mode of transportation again. I hope you’ll forgive me 🙂 Refuge Cove is a year-round community on West Redonda Island in the heart of the Desolation Sound area of the Inside Passage. It serves as a centrally located supply stop for boaters travelling in or near Desolation Sound. Today we take our private yacht and will go from here to Vancouver Let’s go Once we are out of the cove, the sea gets rough Passing by Sechelt. I don’t want to be on that sailboat right now Close to Vancouver Tied down and secured, lets party Thanks for viewing

It’s hot down there, so I fly fast 😄 I take off in Alexandria, Egypt and fly across the Sahara desert to Belkebir in Marocco. In order to cover the distance, I use additional tanks under the wings. Thanks for viewing

This is Tim Conrad’s FS9/FSX T-33 that I ported to MSFS. The panel I got from the P3D Milviz F-86, which is freely available as MSFS conversion on Flightsim.to. The plane is great fun to fly. Thanks for viewing

I fly with the Bücker Jungmann from Freiburg in the southern part of the Black Forest to Baden-Söllingen, the former Canadian AFB, where a good friend of mine was once stationed and flew the F104 Starfighter I pass by the Freiburg Cathedral. My Bücker Jungmann is difficult to spot Above the Titisee lake Shortly thereafter the Schluchsee lake comes into sight Above the Feldberg mountain Another popular spot is the Fremersberg hill The eastern part of the city of Baden-Baden is below my plane By now it’s time to get back to terra firma Bingo Thanks for viewing

Hi Nico, Regarding pushbacks, I have noticed that some live aircraft do not start the pushback until the real aircraft has started to taxi away, whereas other live aircraft start the pushback soon after the real aircraft starts its pushback. I have been trying to work out why this should be the case and from observations the only consistent thing I have noticed is the live aircraft pushback doesn't start until the real aircraft taxis out when the real aircraft pushback distance is small, whereas if the actual pushback distance is large the live aircraft will start the pushback soon after the real aircraft does. Is there a required distance for the real aircraft to move before a live aircraft starts the pushback? If so, maybe this distance could be reduced a little to ensure more live aircraft pushbacks start soon after the real aircraft does. Peter

This is the new Redwing Zeppelin and part of Redwing’s 1930s scenery, which has to be bought separately The airport is Berlin Tempelhof Boy oh boy, this is sooo different from anything I have flown before The whole city has been changed to the 1930s, so you won’t see any modern buildings and no high rise Slowly approaching the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag, the German Parliament building And the Reichstag looks with its old roof structure exactly as it looked in those days If you look at the shadow cast by the airship, the Brandenburg Gate seems really small And that's it for now. Very interesting, but I certainly won't be crossing the pond with it in real time 😀😀

I just recently came across this post on the Xtreme Prototypes website! I loved this aircraft in P3D! There is nothing like two CJ610's screaming on departure! Can't wait! With the amazing Lear 35 from FSW this will complete my Lear "wish list" "Our classic Gates Learjet Model 25/28 business jet addons for Microsoft® Flight Simulator 2024 are currently in production and will be released later this year. Hi, I am hoping someone can help. Some weeks ago I came a cross a small utility that allowed me to practice landings etc in a simple way. The utility which was not part of NSFS itself allowed me to pick a destination airport and various landing scenarios. Unfortunately I have now forgotten it's name and I can see anything that jumps out at me in my downloads. Hope someone can put me out of my misery!!

Today I'm going from the British Virgin Islands, more precisely from Terrance Lettsome Airport on Beef Island (next to Tortola) to St. Kitts. But I'm taking a small detour via Sint Maarten. And here we have our good, old Staggerwing Hmmh... Obviously we are on a secret mission today, because we are flying without any identification To be on the safe side, I ask the pilot: "Are we smuggling rum today?" The answer comes promptly: "We ain't smuggling nothing, Mista. We are trading in West Indies goods". Well… that could be fun We are now over the French part of Sint Maarten, so I should actually be writing Saint Martin We have now arrived over St. Kitts, Basseterre. Let's get back to terra firma fast, our landing lights aren't the best and it gets dark quickly here Done, and I even got a crate of rum for free. They're all really friendly people here Thanks for viewing
