After realising AES(Airport Enhancement Services) was needed to get working jetways at aersoft airports, I was also disappointed to find out that many AES models ,Specifically jetways, were missing textures in the DX10 preview. Will DX10 fixer resolve the texture-less jetway issues with AES. Iv'e spent hours searching and iv not found anything that specifically addresses AES. Can anyone say, from experience, whether or not DX10 fixer can fix the texture problems with AES. Thank you.

My experience with Aerosoft Mega Helsinki: I installed this airport after I had already set up FSX to run in DX10 mode (with the free DX10 shader fixes by Steve). Main problem with EFHK in DX10 was at night = no taxiway lights, grey textures on nearby buildings and taxiways, no labels on taxiway signs (just grey!!!), grey ground textures by apron floodlights. So then I loaded up the airport in DX9 = beautiful scenery but test flight arriving at EFHK resulted in OOM. And I didn't really want to go back to DX9 because DX10 experience is smooth & stable. Then I bought and installed Steve's payware DX10 Scenery Fixer from flightsimstore. Installed its libraries with only one option selected (the DX10 Lights package). I made no other changes to my FSX setup or to the DX10 Scenery Fixer. Then I tried another DX10 flight = success! No more OOM. The VAS was well clear of OOM territory. At EFHK I can now see taxiway lights and labels, and the other buildings around the airport, and ground textures near apron floodlights were correctly lit. In a couple of places near end of runway, the taxiway has no center-lights (only edge-lights), but this is hardly noticeable. Conclusion: I stay with DX10.... and I support Steve's DX10 Scenery Fixer. Big thank you to Steve!

I'm so bummed. After a two year break I'm back at FSX harder than ever, and was all set to install this great new tool I heard about from Steve... DX 10 Fixer, and its no longer available! Are there any alternatives so that we can fix the DX 10 issues his tool took care of? I'm getting incredible frame rates with DX10 but the flashing and other issues are killing me :-( Hoping there's something else out there to do what his tool did. I can't believe we can't get it anymore. Gavin

Hi, i am looking for help. I posted it also on SweetFX forum but maybe you Steve already know the problem and resolution? Basicaly the question is: is will SweetFX work with Fixer (v11)? So far i have been using succesfully SFX 1.5 + FlightFX. No issues and great visual experience. Now i decided to move to SFX 2.0 and i cannot start FSX up. It crashes few seconds after launching fsx.exe. My system: W7 64bit, GeForce GTX970, FSX Acceleration, DX10 mode, Steve's DX10 Fixer, nVidia inspector. Any advise how to fix it would be highly appreciated. Kind regards, Kris

Hi guys, I bought yesterday DX10 Scenery Fixer and am completely satisfied but have serious issue with aircraft lights as you can see here: http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/1802/u1fz.jpg http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/8049/k2xb.jpg aircraft external lights are square or rhomboid as you can see in those addon aircraft: - Aerosoft Airbus X Extended (v1.10) - Ant's Airplane Sierra P2002 - Captain SIm 757 - Flight1 Citation Mustang - RealAir Turbine Duke - PMDG MD11 Instead works VERY FINE in PMDG NGX. So, is there something I have to adjust in the fixer or nVidia Inspector? I installed the fixer with default setting. Many thanks for your help.

I just wanted to ask a quick question on Direct X 10 and 9. I've been getting around 20-24 average fps in the PMDG 737 with Direct X 9, and when I use Dx10 with the Fixer by Steve I get an average of 18-20 fps. A few months ago I installed FSX on my new pc and I did immediately started using the Fixer, I was getting 26-33 average fps, but also at the time using Dx9 gave me 15-18 fps? So it's completely the other way round now? I might just reinstall FSX again, that's what they say, reinstall FSX every few months.
